I don't think bitcoin will go down that low. Its value has slowly improved over the past 2 days. My hope and everyone who has held bitcoin is that bitcoin will rise instead of going down even though we can get a low price if we want to buy.
Compared to the probability of it rising exponentially in the future over it dropping. I personally think, this is pretty low for bitcoin. I think you should go for it and purchase it.

Buy before its too late again. Don't include those old years, they were gone and that's the past so don't dwell on it. Those people that didn't bought during those years regretted that they just ignored and it can be the same today.
While its lower than $7,000 buy.

I have lost considerable amount of money going all in on trades. I can imagine I could have saved a lot of money DCAing instead pf buying all in.
Learn form my mistakes if you plan to hold long term it is best to have multiple entry points.
as for your second question when BTC reaches 1 mil $ almost every store around the world would be interested in accepting BTC so no need to worry about cashing out. that is at least how I see it.

Not only BTC, ETH would be a good option as well.

Yes I feel this is the safest time to buy BTC as it cannot go beyond this low.

I don't think Bitcoin's price will drop to 5K or even lower, because miners and whales will not allow such things to happen, because such prices will cause direct losses to them!
The continuous market of all coin is down, but I am sure Bitcoin will not be low at 5k, bitcoin is now reasonable to invest in. I believe it will rise sharply in the next few days.

Many speculations saying BTC can go as low as 5k or maybe even less, but nothing for sure, so is now the right time to buy ? or should we wait a bit longer for BTC price drops more ? of course am talking about buying considerably huge amount for the average Joe in $...

should be monitored continuously and see how the current state of bitcoin, I see bitcoin will continue to fall but not slump too much

The right time i wish to buy my coins is when the market is extremely down and people are losing hope to hodl and wish to sell all their coins they possess.

I believe that when the price is falling it is the perfect opportunity to get involved with it at the better levels through systematic investment plan which emphasizes on buying in a smaller number of units at a higher frequency of time. As the great investor Warren Buffett says, "Be fearful when others are greedy and be greedy when others are fearful".
