$200 limitation or goal is too high or considering 3x on you bankroll would really be a tough job for you but it does depend on the game which you are playing because there are games which do need skills and experience and achieving this amount would be easy if you are good at it.Its always recommended to set limits to yourself on playing gambling to avoid unwanted results later on.

You can leave the game once you reached a certain amount of loses or profit. If you think you cant do it alone, ask someone to be with you when playing because there are times greed will strike you so hard that you already lost a lot of money and yet you are still asking for more chips and you end up broke.

Theres no need to ask for someone because you are the only one who can change or stop to your actions and if you do have really strong control to yourself then you would know on when to stop and this is the hardest part for most gamblers to do because greed will surely push us to play even more.When we are winning we are confident enough to play because we do still have money to play and yet mostly people do lose up in the end.Leave the game as long as we can and we should make it as a habit.

That is a wrong way to think of these situation. stopping to have enough profit is very hard. You don't have a good aim and goal, the tendecy of these ideolgy will be gambling until you don't have enough money. If you are really aiming a profit, then put a certain amount, maybe 20 percent of your bankroll or 40, maybe 100. And don't gamble if you know that you will be ending at 0 balance, try to aim or goal a minimum balance and stop gambling, then decide whether to gamble it the other day or withdraw it to use for other things.

because is still playing not incraese profit but lose, control every playing, every profit leave and tomorrow playing again

I have one question which game you will play? Becasue you are saying every profit, you will stop the game and withdraw the amount. How it is possible in slot games. Sports betting or any other skill games it may be possible because some people will do high amount betting. But in slot games, i think it is not posiible. After winning some back to back games leave the game and withdraw profit may be possible. But every single game it's not posssible.

You have to set your rules when you gamble and always think that there's always another day if lady luck is not in your side. What I mean is if you are on a losing streak already, stop and come back another day. We play because we want to have fun, we want to be entertained. Setting some limitation on gambling in able to control gambling activity is what the common way to control gambling, I 'm totally agree with this method because i can really help but the problem is when you are on actual scenario of gambling, You can't stop playing even though you have a limitation especially if you are on a win/lose situation. I always been that situation and believe me, I always have a limitation to be follow before I play, But i can't follow it once i started on gambling. I leave the game when I lose a lot already but it's hard to leave when I am winning, seems like every time I gamble that I am in a lucky situation I love pushing my luck. For me gambling is fun and I am tired of finding ways to win consistently because it never happen to me, I knew most of the time I will just lose so I have to limit that loses and a lot of me means the maximum amount I have budgeted.

Correct, and that is the reason why we are losing our profit, the thought that we are going to win more if we are going to push our luck but most of the time, we always lost because of being greedy. So, if you know that you are winning in a row, then you must know that after this winning, your lose will be in a row also, and it is time to call it a day if this thing happen.

Quitting and having enough profits is more better than having nothing at all because of the false hope that we do have.
