It is my personal opinion that we can expect Bitcoin to reach $500 at the beginning of new year (Jan-Feb 2016) as people are more likely to invest in new ventures, being more optimistic that the new year will bring better luck than the past year. Also the coming halving is a major factor to see a price rise soon.
if see the bitcoin price currently i'm not really so sure about this but i would vote for Middle of 2016

i think the price will slowly back to 250$ because bitcoin price break 500$ is not long time, this good to buy bitcoin again now

My vote went for end of 2015 when we see price at 500 $ .This poll was started much before the recent speculation and now price is around 380 $ so I will say by the end of this weekend again will reach to 500 $.

I think that it will not increase again at 500 us dollar. But if will continue to stay at this level in which is now it will be again a big achievement. The remaining in a higher price than the beginning one before the increase testify that the demand has "suffered" an real increase and this a very good sign. More people want bitcoin and more people want more bitcoins than they have. They buy bitcoin because have hope in this currency. This is the first sign of the good name that bitcoin is gained. And, its hoped by everyone of us, future. The signs are very encouraging. But if only will stay here where it is.
The block halving will make people go nuts when it comes to buying themself a few more coins months before the halving. $500 is an easy goal. If the block halving won't result in the price being $1000 again in 2016 or at least the beginning of 2017, then I don't know what will.

definitely not this year. i can only see the price go to around $500 due to the block halving. demand currently is too low to come even close to $500. we do need to wait till after the halving.
I have high hopes for the price to come close to $500 when the halving happens in 2016. And the resolution of the XT/BIP will be a major factor towards the price rise as well. Let us hope for the best!nice to see back an old post from me
i was wrong with saying $500 not this year. this just shows how unpredictable bitcoin really is. what seems to be very low demand now can change significantly a while later. ...and why do you think so ?
Let us hope the demand increases as more people buy Bitcoins. Especially since i have heard more people are gifting BTCs on Christmas. Also, the coming halving will definitely see a rise in the BTC value, so i would not be surprised if it crosses the $500 mark after Chritmas/New Year. 
before Christmas it will all happen again. we will all be partying.
I hope we will reach $500 again immediately, probably mid or end november. because I see the current bitcoin movement is quite slow and stable
