well just keep holding, every coins will back to normal it will recover soon, I hate people who spreading the negative news about bitcoin its create a panic of the people then bitcoin price will surely down not just bitcoin also the altcoins will affected.
Everything's in red right now and it's been like this for a while.

the market today shown up a little bit high
We do not know exactly when will it goes up because crytocurrencies not stable when it comes to its prices it sometimes keep rising for a couple of week but suddenly drop after that and sometimes its wavey better to make some strategy.
It is just a normal thing for the crypto currencies to go up and down since the its price is not yet stable. You should just take the opportunity to buy when the price is low and sell when it goes up. Be patient to wait for the right time and for sure it will go up again.

The recovery period is now being altcoin may be a month or two in the future will all be rising slowly and the year 2020 it climax .
I find that the BTC and other major altcoins including ETH, EOS will recover soon since many investors think they are more reliable, Then a few days later, other altcoins will follow.

calm friend, I think all coins are in recovering now. try to see the price in the market is relatively green and I think this is the beginning of the resurrection. 
I think the middle years later every new coin prices will start rising again and could generate a profit for investors. Indeed the price of the coins difficult to predict and the unexpected.

on a five day average the prices are already showing a general upwards trend - with the normal intraday fluctuations...
If you look at the history of the market we will be in a bear market for at least another month, after that we wil be going up i think.
Already few coin are return back to their original value and when compared to previous this year market correction does not harm the previous prices and already people are in profit with their investment.
