Maybe in the girst quarter of 2016. Halving is about to start and people will start pumping by then. Who knows we might even reach $500 or more then. I am certain that it won't be this year tho. The price is really unstable and I don't what those market manipulators are up to.
Around Spring of next year, we should see an increase in preparation for the halving.

I doubt we will cross them again this year. Let's wait for another year before we hit the value of 400 again. Staying at 300 is already a big challenge for Bitcoin. It go up to 340 recently and dropped back to 320 today.

I think prior to halving we will see a major pump again and btc will cross 400$. Most likely it will go above 500$ again and as halving happens we will see the steady decline

Maybe at the end of the year, or in the first months of 2016. I am confident that we will see a substanial increase in bitcoin price before the halving will occur.

My prediction is not till the end of the year. All this sideways movement has got me changing my ways now. I thought it would of happened by now but that was two weeks ago and after that near Christmas time. But now looking beyond that at this price.
24 December 2015. Because Christmas pump will start to happen that day.
