If IMF really recognizing btc as a currency, then it’s a good sign. Similial to any other investor I suppose that sooner or later bitcoin will become equal with common money. After all, both btc and alts are fulfilling the main purpose of money - they can be exchanged for goods.

The first think that comes to my mind when I think of currency is money. When it comes to currency for me it is all about earning or profit.

Nowadays it is very important for bitcoin to get regulation and then actually become a legal currency throughout the world. But the fact that, bitcoin is decentralized and inability to have control over it demand and supply make it difficult for them to easily adopt it.

I think that the day is not far off when the international monetary Fund will accept Bitcoin as a full-fledged world currency.
When i heard cryptocurrency one thing that came to my mind is that it is a innovation of currency in which all transaction are happening through digital currency. Also for crypto currency can be considered an investment savings or asset that can be hold like gold and the value increases when time runs.
As of now i still think that Peso, dollars, euro etc is still the currency as of now this are the official currency of the country but soon some crypto currency coins will be considered as currency by countries. When I think of currency what comes to my mind is “money” whatever currency it is.
This picture of the IMF may be a hint that there is no doubt that there are some places to improve now, and the use of paper money in the future must be gradually reduced, but as long as the country's concept exists in Fiat, it will not disappear.
Currency is the world wide used of all people . For me in that picture , i see not the bitcoin replace our currency , i see bitcoin in the future use to have an easy way transaction paying bills and others . But i believe there is no replacement in our currency or money .

The first thing that comes to mind when I just hear the word currency is travel. When you're living in a country you usually just think of money in whatever the national currency is, like dollars or euros or pounds, for example. In everyday life, people usually just come across the word currency, when they need to exchange some currency. For me, that's usually when I travel. For me though, money is much more digital now, than paper. I use my phone to make payments in all stores now. Last year I spent 5 months in Canada and I didn't once withdraw or use cash.
This picture is very much realistic because we notice before using card fiat currency in the only form of currency but when card introduced to the people accept it whole heartedly and now the era of digital currency is going to began.
maybe national money remains the country's legitimate money today, and cryptocurrency still survives with bitcoin.
I thing this picture is right and the fiat currencies like Euro, USD and GBP are most popular in recent market but in future bitcoin or crypto lead the market. Moreover The world will eventually face up to cryptocurrency. So . I think the future is bright for bitcoin and crypto. And i concider bitcoin is new currency.
Right When I think of currency is still about dollar and our currency piso. Piso value now is high compare to exchange it to dollar. And also cryptocurrencies. This crypto is base on dollar so the convertion is big for us who live here in the philippines.
