I am a student in such a case,I spend my bitcoin in paying for my bills that is school fees and some other utility bills to make my living easier and affordable.

Trading is the most beneficial profession of this world and if you will give all your time and energy to this job, you will rich quicker than you can ever imagine. Personally, I do not like gambling as I have seen many people getting destroyed due to this and will suggest you to stay aware of your loss too. Bitcoin is in dip so you must try to increase that instead.

It is good and same as you I think it is good to hold your bitcoin not to spend right now as the price is on the way to get high, I think soon we will get good news, I want to buy a house for my family and I want to spend my bitcoin in this regard, but for now I am planning to hold because I am sure price of bitcoin will be high, I am going to get the higher profit later on after holding.
