I usually play at night at the comfort of my room. No one is bothering nor distracting me and I can focus and enjoy on game. I think also that most people play at night, for entertainment and killing the time before going to sleep.

well you're right. and thiugh I agree with you, I think we would have better control iver ourselves if we have a plan ahead of our gambling. though not everyone, I think when you gamble on a whim you'd have a bigger chance to lose yourself in the process.

The most important part when you gamble is to have control over your bankroll and your emotions because you will never know what you will feel if you don't make yourself ready for the thing that could become.

This is a good practice of gambling, I'm gambling the opposite way sometimes I do gamble every morning I wake up and tried to make some bucks. If I'm going to be a lucky guy I won't go to my physical work anymore, only if I'm going to win the amount estimating to my daily rate on my office. And there's no certain place for me to gamble.

I just gamble on my computer normally. Don't really have an exact time to do it. I play whenever I feel like it, and have some time to spare of course.

But what if that distraction did distract you while playing and you lost because of it? Then that would really be another matter. I remember one time, I was betting using a martin gale system on sports betting, I got distracted by my girlfriend and I was not able to wake up early enough to place my bet, good by 1 btc, at the time it was just a $100.

When you are able to schedule your gambling into evening, probably you are not yet addicted to gambling. Or it is too early to call yourself as addicted. As long as you will be keeping the habit of scheduling your gambling activities, I believe there will be no chances for you to get addicted.
