How can you sure about that? I know that the dump that happened with bitcoin has been triggering so many people to be liquidated but it seems like that ibtcoin is slowly recovering again. Im not sure if bitcoin will be dropping back again to the 30k like what happened with it a few months ago. Ethereum was also following bitcoin but it's not dropping so hard.
There will always be a chance for bitcoin and ethereum to recover and this drops caused by evergrande news and some property developers in china that was bankrupt.
The tappering was also contributing to the fear that happens in the crypto right now but i do believe we will not see that bitcoin to drop again tot he 30k rate again. that will totally non sense for me to see that.

and might take the position anytime soon.
but the thing is , How long would He avail Holding? will take longer or just in a year, because this is a matter of trust and support for the currency you are going to keep.

Yes it's true most of the new start-up projects are copycat of older projects, I might say that they are trying to improve the thing that the older projects are having trouble with but few of the start-up projects succeeded in their goals and sometimes what's worst is that the devs or creator behind the new projects are doing it to make a quick profit and yeah most of the time they rug pull. That's why it is riskier to invest in a new project without having a proper research about the projects usecases, devs or creator and the goal of the project, so whenever I am ask what project was worth to invest with I always suggest the top crypto token.

I have a bad experience investing in new projects, after I invested in new projects not long after that the price fell very quickly. And it's quite
a long time to have to wait until the price goes up again, because as you explained, most of the new projects that appear now are copycat from
previous projects. So it has no real use, new projects are created only for the personal benefit of the project team. If the team projects already
get the desired profit, then usually the projects will be abandoned, so it's no wonder so many altcoins end up being deadcoins. Indeed the safest
for investment is to choose a top crypto which usually has a very high demand, so even if the price goes down, it won't take long for it to recover.
So it's very easy to make profit from top crypto, although the profit generated is not as high as that of new projects.

On these group of coins, I am positive that bnb will be soaring same with ethereum's legacy and with our profitable experience right now on erc20 compared to bsc on binance. Sometimes the problem is the person behind every goals, because it cannot be successful without any strong pillars that maintain the core of a specific cryptocurrency. Manipulation or not, the price for most cryptos have been rising at a really fast pace last months (last year and a half I would say) so a correction is nothing to worry about. It was even predictable.

How much the correction will last, or whether we will enter a bear market or not, is something we can't know, but I think that the little dump the OP talks about has no special meaning apart from what Natalim said: it's part of the cycle.

The whole cryptomarket are heading into a bright future, we continue to grow and there’s a lot of good project that actually have the real usage in the market. The top coins will remain to provide quality services so I think they’ll stay on that position and investing with them is indeed a great idea. Don’t worry about corrections or even on a bear market because its part of the cycle and after that, big up trend will begin.

If you asked the same question 5 years ago you would have been greeted with some blank stares. A lot of coins that were in the top 10 now weren't even close or even being around just half a decade ago.

Innovation is just starting up and there is going to be a whole lot more to come for sure. Don't get caught up on the large caps only.

When someone starts to get confused in choosing coins because of the many new coins, then he will always choose the old coins for investment and trading, because thinking too much and thinking too long will also make his time wasted.

I would say it is certainly worth it to also deal with new technologies and read into it. I would split up my portfolio, put something into the well established coins, but the real fun comes into play when you find projects like Solana. I would stay away from meme coins, but that is only my preference.

BTC hit ATH about 2-3 weeks ago and you are thinking they are losing their appeal? Everywhere I go I see people looking at cryptos on their phone or discussing cryptos with the people they are talking too. We got ads by Crypto.com on TV and billboards and stadiums are getting named.

Sure we had a rough week however we needed a pullback... too many people were thinking BTC would hit $98K at the end of Nov. Those people need to be flushed from the market.

What happens is that a great deal of people are interested in the short term fluctuations in the price that we see in bitcoin and nothing else, for us that are invested in bitcoin not only for the monetary gain but also because we believe in the project and the huge changes that it will introduce to the world bitcoin is more than just a way to make money, however for a great deal of the people entering the market now this is not true, so it makes sense that is all what they care about.
