I dont quite understand how this going to work. We have a casino that is a intermediary between two gamblers with NFT. How can bet or competition be fair, if NFT dont have constant price and there is not such kind as true average market price, as owners set all prices themselves. Two NFT owners can agree between themselves on a result of any game, and they need a guarantee who will hold NFT until game end. I dont think that casino is needed.
I think there is an average price in NFT and even if it is not true or precise, I think that can still work fine and that might be the ones that the casinos are using to make this NFT betting possible. Casino is needed because they can also supply the games and others. I think this is more convenient than the other way around.

In case someone wants to bet NFT and wish to receive certain amount of money if he wins, then all I can say that NFT holders are so desperate with their fails in purchasing NFT, that they try everything to get rid of such bad asset or try to return any money.
Not if they still want a money after all or if they will also pay in the form of money and not their NFT but I think the idea of betting NFT makes this senseless. Or IDK, I might be wrong with this and maybe they are only doing this because they don't want to liquidate their NFT's yet as they are still hoping that it will still increase in value.

This is interesting to hear about nft betting. Possibly it have been ongoing for long but not as popular as we think maybe the casinos that has this features should start making it public for gamblers to see and those that do not have should try adopting this gambling features an see how it goes.

I never expected to come across a question as this here but to seeing it being asked the then there is every possibility of such in existence and it would likely take a bit time for the adoption to be regular. I hope scammers would not use this as opportunity to start sending fake NFTs to peoples wallet luring them to transfer and clearing their wallets at the Se time.

I doubt if the game is popular as other games, if it was as popular and likable by players then probably all the casino that is advertised here would have the game and we will regularly debate about it here too. Funny but am just hearing it now that you can bet against other NFT, I did make a search and I can not see any valid result for my search.
I'm also surprised, and if I were asked, I would have even told the person to look it through towards exchanges and not betting platforms. But these days, casino are dipping their hands in anything, so we should not be too surprised anymore...lol.

Still, anyone interested should clearly check the condition of the offering because anything related to the market that casinos offer always comes with a little twist that will favour it more than how it is being done traditionally. Their option trading is an example, the difficulty is higher.

Oh, this is next-level stuff. I didn’t know people were actually betting NFTs in gambling like a regular bet, it’s still pretty interesting, though not my thing. I mean, NFTs are supposed to be valuable and unique, right? You own them because they’re special, so it’s wild to see gamblers turning something so straightforward into something more complicated when traditional betting works just fine.
It's just another thing to bet for as long as it holds value, people will find a way to use it for spending and even in gambling.  Cheesy

@tabas, I’ll check out the suggestions (just trying to learn a bit more about it!)
No problem, I haven't done it yet actually because I don't hold much NFTs and that's all I can say but if you ever try it. Don't forget to share your experience about it.

That’s a good idea. Anyone who wants to do escrow? The bet against my NFT (number #777) would be about 0.22 eth. Since it’s a first and a fun one, I suggest doing it for free but open to all suggestions.

I will post when I succeed in this. Thank you for the trusted Escrows link

I am eagerly waiting to hear from OP more about this betting process and how to go about it because I know that in time to come it might likely be the new trend in the gambling industry and that might see gamblers paying high fees or whatever the case may be.
Maybe since he asked not rollbit maybe his looking for more platform. Then it means rollbit does nft feature for gambling too?

I think so because OP requested information on other platforms with such gambling features. Maybe OP could try Betfury https://betfury.com/nft/lootboxes  It just might interest OP after trying these features.

I've never seen a gambling site like NFT betting. And I don't think it's a good gambling method. Single currency gambling has a different kind of fun as there is an instant profit loss difference. An NFT is a valuable asset if it's a good NFT but it's just an art or picture, even if it's valuable, it won't be considered valuable.  And because of that one can lose their big wealth. So I have never looked for a casino where they accept NFT bets. So I am not familiar with such sites

Maybe you can bet NFTs against other forum users, a lot for them has NFTs and like gambling, so, maybe if you find the right users and the right match to bet you could find a scrow who hold the NFTs while the match is going on.

The problem about betting the NFTs is the price of the NFT, the fact that I can put that NFT on a market and ask for $1 million that doesn't mean that's the real NFT cost.

Escrow is you pr main problem on this kind of bet since they typically charge on percentage basis or high fixed amount in BTC. This is why P2P betting in huge amount is not advisable unless you are against reputable member that will honor bets.

I think Zenland can handle escrow like this since they escrow through smart contracts which your NFT can be sent.

The transaction fee might be costly if you will do the transaction in Eth blockchain.

I bought alot of NFTs on the ethereum network back then in 2020, and till date, those nfts are still in my wallet with no market where to sell them, I spent over 8 ethereum buying those when ethereum was still around $250/$300.

Buying nfts was and still is my worst crypto investment and mistake. And more surprising for me to learn that we can actually use nfts for gambling, this to me is very complicating to understand.
Why not sell the nfts for normal crypto coins and spend the crypto for gambling, this is less complicating and easy to understand in terms of asset valuation.

I find gambling with nfts complicated because it's hard to determine what their true value is, a person may value his or her nfts at a hundred dollar, but in reality, no one will pay that to buy the nft.

Valuable and special? I don't think so. Almost all NFTs are pretty much worthless these days which is why some gamblers are using them to gamble in order to try and get some profit from them instead of leaving them to die.

It was a pointless gimmick which peaked in 2021 and died after a couple of years basically.

There's no need to be upset
Why not rollbit? Just curious
As far as I’m aware this is the only place I saw that includes NFTs on betting possibilities

I didn’t see many others where you can deposit nfts and all

Only some giving nfts on their giveaways. But this is different

Question in the title, please not Rollbit, any others?

There was an Android app called Wombat, where the players could play games and earn NFTs or shitcoins. Most NFTs there are very cheap(probably several cents) and I don't remember the app having a feature allowing the process of betting NFTs for the sake of winning more NFTs. I'm not interested in NFT gambling ,since I don't have any interest in NFTs. The hype around the NFTs is gone and most NFTs are pretty much worthless. Do you you mind telling us why are you still interested in NFTs and NFT gambling?

Same. I didnt know that some gambling platform supporys betting of nft? I mean nfts are good but the utility on gambling is somehow misplace in my opinion.

How does it even work? Let say for games like slot, does nft acts like a receipt when you won and then convert it to cash afterwards, or a cash voucher nft which can be redeem to money anytime and then burn the nft after cashing out.

Seriously clueless. Wanna learn some about nft betting.

Seriously clueless about this whole NFT betting of a thing as I am just seeing this for the first time, I am currently researching it to see all it got if it is possible or not to continue or not, and the potential it has to integrate into the casino system because I am wondering how it works betting nft against nft as gambling is concerned.

Anyone know if CSGO skin gambling still a thing? I'd have expected them to use NFTs to replace skins by now.

As far as I know, it continues to be a thing. Though, you must consider counter strike id a game licensed by Valve and they have made clear in the past with through their changes in their terms of service (Steam) that they are not friendly towards Non-fungible tokens. Actually Valve does not allow games which are focused in decentralization on their games distribution platform.

By the way, I am quite surprised BC allows people to use their NFTs as colateral for them to gamble, it may be the first casino I have seen with such a feature. Not even so-called Web3 casinos go that far and give support to a wide range of NFT projects.

Also, if an NFT is so special and one is very fond of it, one must feel very desperate to gamble it away, early signals of one suffering to compulsive or problem gambling.

I want to know if you are talking about gambling with NFTs? If you are talking about gambling with NFTs, I am not sure which casino platforms allow gambling with NFTs. However, you can understand from the many people who mentioned you here. I have always used Bitcoin or USDT for gambling and I have always gambled in sports betting for gambling. However, I have been using the sportsbet.io casino platform for gambling so far, but I have not checked if gambling with NFTs is allowed there.
