If bitcoin is truly accepted by car manufacturers or at least dealers, that must really be a great news for all of us. We are no simply talking here of small time business establishments. We are talking of cars, international brands of cars. That is a huge step for bitcoin. Right now, it is really hard looking for large companies accepting bitcoin.
Yes this will be a big improvement if the dealer actually receives bitcoin as payment. We know that today there are a lot of exchanges available in different countries, but we have not found many places that receive bitcoin directly, this can be a huge improvement.

I think for know its hard to find a manufacturer or dealer that accept bitcoin as mode of payment that is why for now i suggest that if your bitcoin is already enough to buy a car you should exchange it first to fiat before you spend. And i think soon bitcoin can be accepted in all stores in the world.
Agree and that is my plan if i got win in gambling converting my bitcoin into fiat and buy a car that fits for my taste and i will call that car as "bitcoin car". And i think dealer of cars here in my country is far to accept bitcoin because until know our government was not looking in bitcoin even discussing it.

As far as I know, I saw some post on facebook. Lamborghini is now accepting bitcoin as mode of payment. Not quite sure if it's legit but you can check on their site. You're so rich 'cause you're able to buy a car from bitcoin. I mean it's not normal haha but yeah, goodluck.

Correct i do not even heard that there is car company are accepting bitcoin nowadays buy stay put mate i think in the future most of big stores not only car supplier will accept bitcoin and to be part of their payment method since now more country start to deal with bitcoin.

Here in my locality there is not one distributor that accepts bitcoin. I have not done one by one inquiry from car dealers and distributors but if not one single establishment is accepting bitcoin for buying food, apparels, and other products, how much for cars? I bet some of those agents in the car displays do not even know bitcoin.
Most likely only a personal company Tosno will be able to sell cars the Bitcoin sign. Although if the distributor has very different financial plans, this may not be possible. This is a very thin thread and so far it is very difficult to cope with such problems with the crypto currency.
Perhaps in the future it really will happen, but today it will be very difficult for a businessman to report on his income to the Tax Inspectorate. The fact is that here in the country you still do not realize crypto currency, then the money received with it will be illegal.

I see this as a welcome development seeing car manufacturers or dealers accepting bitcoin, this will further project bitcoin to be a forefront as a universally accepted cryptocurrency. I believed that the technology attached to bitcoin endeared the auto industries to start accepting bitcoin as a means of payment.

actually this is s good idea that car dealers accept bitcoin as payment for their goods. here in the philippines i didnt heard any car dealer that accepts btc as payment. and to add there is only one atm that converts money to btc. only one. better sesrch on other country sir. maybe europe
Same for me I don't have any idea on car dealers that accept bitcoin as a payment here in the philippines. But if you wanted to buy a car with your btc then you could convert it first into fiat. By the way we have a online wallet here that you could convert your btc into fiat and withdraw it in banks.
Yes, car dealers haven't started accepting bitcoin. In an article read that, one of the service agency accepting bitcoin and now too buying a car with bitcoin is highly possible. This is purely on the users interest towards buying. Need to find a user who has interest to sell his car for bitcoin, if found then user is lucky.

to me in my area i do not think that there is a single car dealing bargain who are accepting  bitcoin for car dealing. but i am sure that as japan has accepted bitcoin as legal currency therefore there are more chances that there may be some car bargaining  center who will be accepting bitcoin for selling bitcoin. i am sure that very soon even in my country people will start accepting bitcoin not only for trading cars but for so many other things.

I saw someone in social media who's selling his car in bitcoin. I don't know what is his purpose of selling. But he's not willing to ship it to other continents so if you are looking for cars and pay it with bitcoin. I think you can find it locally just tell to your ad that you are willing to pay with bitcoin for the car you want to avail.

From some articles and opinions it seems like many big companies will receive bitcoin payments to buy cars. But the thing that makes the trouble of course is the car tax payment certainly can not use bitcoin.

An auto dealer, of any kind (wholesale, retail, new, used, broker) can accept BTC if they choose too.

The real issue is the volatility of BTC. Will the value fall so fast that the dealer can't buy new goods or pay vendors?

If you want anonymity, that's never going to happen through a dealer, because they need the new owner's info to transfer the title.

I'm a few weeks from getting my wholesale California dealer license, and I also have my own development team, and would be happy to create a BTC payment service if enough people are interested.

The only way I could see it working, though, is if the price volatility is mitigated through a fixed or percentage-based transaction fee, or by designating a "basement price".

In other words, if the price has ranged from $1900/BTC to $2600/BTC over the past week, the $1900/BTC value would be accepted for the transaction.

This is important because, although the BTC transaction may only take a few hours to validate, the dealer would still need to convert it to cash through a service like Coinbase. This could take a week, which, in this speculative case of a $700/BTC price swing, could mean a big loss. Especially for larger purchases.

In any case, I can put up a Google Form to collect names of those who might be interested. But, I can't sell anything legally until my licensing is complete.
