The best and safest way to buy bitcoins is from known person whom you know personally so there will be no fear of loosing money or getting scammed and apart from that even localbitcoins is a good place to buy bitcoins.

You can buy bitcoins from coins.ph and first of all you must load money in any recommended outlets of coins.ph site options if you don't have any btc balance on your account. Some people who don't have any coin.ph account bought btc from paxful.com through paypal account payments of purchase, and it's also a legitimate source of btc to those who only planned to invest their fiat money using digital currency. Some bitcoin dealers scammed people online using paypal, but one way to determine if the person is legit of having transactions; is full information will be reflected online through social media and should contact you personally with private e-mail.

Why not use a reliable cryptocurrency exchange which offers you more than credit card or paypal as payment options. One of these is in the campaign signature which I partake.

Localbitcoins is the best place to buy bitcoins as there are many trusted traders with high trust ratings and as soon as they receive your deposit they will transfer bitcoins instantly to your wallet.

At Coinbase you buy bitcoin with a connected bank account. Coinbase is one of the world's largest Bitcoin exchanges. Users in the United States, Canada, most of Europe, and Singapore can buy bitcoins with a connected bank account or SEPA transfer.

Paypal is only supported as payment method in coinbase for US citizens only.

if by "payment method" you mean only fiat withdrawal option through PayPal then you are correct. because last time I checked they never had any option to deposit fiat through PayPal to buy bitcoin. the only option is to deposit bitcoin, sell for fiat and cash that out through PayPal.

You can buy bitcoin with credit card from cex.io in quite straight forward manner but i haven't tried them personally.

Another way to buy bitcoin with CC is to buy through purse.io but you may have to go through their faq page to understand how it works first.

Paypal is only supported as payment method in coinbase for US citizens only.

I guess it depends on where cpuntry you are from.
But if you use credit card to buy I think you can really have coinbase, they have good service
And there is no hassle to be given to you.
Alsoo you caN buy also here just look for an escrow to be tge middleman to the transaction you are going too.

You can buy bitcoins to the different sites out there and you can buy bitcoins directly to the big exchangers of bitcoin but if you ask me what is the best then i will suggest localbitcoins because it will be easy for you to find a trusted seller of bitcoin for a fair price and you can have a smooth transaction in that site which i also use for about a year now when i do sell bitcoins.

Coinbase is the easiest (personally what I use). For cash use LibertyX (if available in your area), localbitcoins or a BTC ATM (super high fees)

Check on the "Services" board in these forums. Some users will offer to buy or sell Bitcoin for PayPal for a small fee, and the rates are generally better than what you'll find on LocalBitcoins. Just make sure to find sellers with a lot of credibility, trust and reputation here on the forums.

The fees on all Bitcoin you buy with a credit card or PayPal will be through the roof if you're not willing to verify your identity to an exchange - you can do transactions with PayPal or credit card on LocalBitcoins, but people will find it very hard to trust you since both choices (especially PayPal) are reversible, which is also why the fees are so high.

There's Coinbase, but you will have to verify ID - same goes for other reputable exchanges.  If you're only looking for a small amount, Blockchain has a credit card option from your wallet which doesn't require ID and CoinMama also does up to $150 worth I think.  For large amounts it's probably not worth the effort.

virwox or local bitcoin is what you are looking for, but virwox is expensive, you can also contact someone here, but i would guess that with the chargeback problem it would be difficult to find anyone that accept paypal

if with your credit card you have a bank account attached you can use any major exchnage like kraken, bitstamp or coinbase

here a list of the ways you have to buy with paypal https://99bitcoins.com/buying-bitcoins-with-paypal-a-practical-guide/

You can have coin base it is so easy to use other than others. Also you can have it here on bitcointalk but you need to have middleman or escrow for the transaction you will going to have here.
Localbitcoin is another good platform if the coin base buy/sell bitcoins is not allowed in your country.
