Well the best and cheapest solution you have is cash, and all the users here agree that LocalBitcoins is the best one.

For credit cards, it depends on your country.

If you are in Russia for example, you can use Qiwi or buy BTC with Card2card via LBC
If you are in the US, you can consider walmart to walmart / serve2serve

you can also use our website : https://www.buysomebitcoins.com - the pricing and fees depends on your transaction volume and trade history.

I want to buy bitcoins on an exchange, because the prices are better. But most requires an ID.
Circle and bitstamp requires ID.

Anyone know an exchange with good prices, where ID is not required?

All the cards are digital, so that means training the cashier at the store most of time, as they are still new at using them, but you can download an app that takes the barcode from the website and keeps it in the phone for use in the store.

It works in a pinch and surely this is a cheap way to use Bitcoins to feed the family, get some cigarettes or whatever normal life function you need.

This does not give you actual cash, but if you do normally purchasing around town it can be nice sometimes.  There is a site that sells gift cards for various places, common places like McDonalds and Walmart.  This site does take Bitcoin as a payment option.  The exchange is even and that is nice, so spending $10 nets you a $10 gift card.

It limits your options when spending the money, but I am hard pressed to find someone that is agaisnt spendign a little cash at Walmart.

There are even some Walmarts where the attached gas station uses the Walmart gift cards.

its a good choice to make transaction with member of this forum and better to find seller with good reputations
With high possibilities of buying and selling accounts, even the trusted ones are not to be trusted blindly. That is the last thing I'd recommend to anyone, trading with forum members for an currency exchange.

@OP I don't get it,why you're not comfortable buying bitcoins by showing an ID proof ? Btw the best alternative is Localbitcoins.com,hassle free.

You can buy bitcoins from people in this forum. Find a good escrow and make the trade. Don't do anything without a escrow.

Every exchange out there will ask your id or credit number, forget exchanges. Trade with real people.

its a good choice to make transaction with member of this forum and better to find seller with good reputations, have escrow and have a review from other member which have experience to buy and sell with that sellers so we don't have to worried.

Is there a list of good escrows on this forum?
Best regards
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcointalk-escrows-trade-safely-855778 is a good starting point. It seems to be a little outdated (last edited in januari 2016). There are many more, you can search the service section, there are some guys offering their services... Look for people with green trust that can sign a message with an old, staked address...

A bit more on topic, i'd also recommend you to use localbitcoins, like suggested earlyer... This way you have a better overview of available offers and payment options, and they have their own escrow system.

You could also read through that thread (or last couple of pages at least), there are always people wanting to be added to marcotheminers list of escrow, they may not have been added yet (since list isn't regularly updated?)

It's still best to trade here on this forum(especially with the 'No ID') and for that you'll definitely need an escrow.
I don't even bother to look through the exchanges anymore as almost all of them now require ID and/or Video Verification.

Maybe you have not to show your ID but you have to show your face.

How? This can be done while dealing with people in the real life outside face to face like a normal deal.

Or through the bitcoin ATM if there is any near in your area, there should be security cameras which record for security reasons.

Most of the other exchange platforms require verification to buy/sell bitcoin but if you don't like to share those details there is no other way than doing face to face deal with local guy who are willing to sell some bitcoins. Try searching over localbitcoin or paxful to find the one who is selling bitcoin for your local bank deposit or hard cash. You can also find local guy over this forum, but don't forget to use escrow in middle while dealing.

I always buy bitcoin from localbitcoin and never need ID, but if you buy with big amount, please buy to trust exchanger in this forum many trust exchanger

I've seen a thread here where someone got robbed upon meeting with someone from localbitcoin be careful doing meet ups, they could just point a revolver to you lol. the best one is doing it here in the forum. there's always someone willing to sell their btc in exchange for paypal or skrill funds.

Never understood the offline selling category of that website. I mean you are exchanging bitcoin with cash. They might point you a gun or a knife something for sure!

I bought on Circle without needing to provide ID. I did provide a debit card and a phone number for verification but that's it.

ID is going to become increasingly prevalent. Even Localbitcoins sellers seem to demand it these days. Is it because of the hassle or do you want to stay anonymous out of principle?
