The biggest market for IOTA is still Bitfinex (it was the first exchange it was publicly traded on), there you can also trade USD/IOTA. Bitfinex is fine, but beware, it was hacked once and I would not leave the coins there for long. Better get them off the exchange asap. As far as I read Bittrex will list IOTA in the near future.
I think that IOTA can be bought from Bittrex in the near future. For now, we recommend you to buy IOTA from Binance. I think it has a very reliable infrastructure.

Hello me too I have heard good things about this coin and some concider it very promising but I can't seem to find it in etherdelta I think it is available in bitfinex or bitrex exchange

I would recommend Binance over Bitfinex any day. It is true that the price is pretty high at the moment. Still that's the thing about crypto - it could fall, or it could rise even more!
it is not a good time to buy IOTA at the moment and if you really want to buy it then you can buy it on binance or bitfinix. just make an account and Deposit your funds into your account and then trade your btc or Eth fro iota on thede exchanges
