1.Invest $ 350 into BTC profit is guaranteed depend upon your trading strategy.
2.Invest $ 200 in ETH its strongest among Altcoins its value will be at moon after Sep-18

Just a suggestion, you might find it interesting to buy a masternode coin, which can give you passive income. Setting up a new masternode is also a nice experience as well, but nowadays it should be easy with the help of one-click setup. If you don't know where to start, have a look at Digiwage.
My hope is to fund it for sure I allocated to 50% to try your luck with investments into the project that has a project of ICO. 50% longer I try to deploy these funds to purchase some Altcoin like NEO, CARDANO, and ETH. The coin is a coin that I like because it's already making a profit.
I would suggest to pick a/some top 10/15 coin and start with buying in steps per day/week. This will give some more room when swings are happening.
700 dollar is enough to start up your investment. my advice do not all you invest in one coin, split for some coin. If I am 50% for ethereum and 50% I divide for 2 coins again. Look at how the coin traffic you want to invest. For now I think the market is not very good. I was also very lazy to see the market.
