If you need someone to design a signature for an altcoin bounty campaign you have to contact a designer who is a expert in signature and avatar making. Here is a list for your easy reference, I believe this is what you are looking for:

Make sure to PM them first in a professional manner and fix a payment budget. They are hardworking and deserve to be paid properly.

you mean where the coins go after a campaign ? well that will depend on the user if what they prefer to spend thier coins with . some keep it while some sell it for fiat imediately . why do you want to know ? hmm . dont worry because some of those alts can still circulate around the market as long as the user wont burn it by sending thier alt unto an unknown wallet address but why would they do that when they can sell thier alt for something ?

I don't now how do you reach junior rank without even knowing where section to look for, of course if you are looking for bounty you can find it in bounties section of the altcoins category and if you what to hire signature creator, you can find it in the service section or you can go to Fiverr.

Simply put bounty is a way of exposing your token/coin or project to a larger number of interested people, the bounty can be done through various platforms, social media, blogging etc

This is done in order to bring overall awareness to your product or services.

If I understood you correctly, you're looking for someone to set up a signature bounty campaign thread for DPORN (An altcoin)?
Most bounty managers do that as part of their management services, the list can be found here.
There are also various service providers that offer designing bounty threads/signature codes, such services can be found posted here.

What exactly do you mean are you looking for a bounty campaign? you can find the bounty campaigns under altcoin bounties if you don't know the section you can find them from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0

Or are you talking about set up a bounty? you need a campaign manager here on the forum and let them set up for a campaign for you.
