High-end ATI cards (58xx, 5970, 68xx, 69xx)

Non-dedicated (use these settings if you use the computer while mining)
-k poclbm VECTORS BFI_INT AGGRESSION=7

Dedicated miner
-k poclbm VECTORS BFI_INT FASTLOOP=false AGGRESSION=11

-f FRAMES, --frames=FRAMES
will try to bring single kernel execution to 1/frames
seconds, default=30, increase this for less desktop
                        lag

-a ASKRATE, --askrate=ASKRATE
how many seconds between getwork requests, default 5,
                        max 10
-w WORKSIZE, --worksize=WORKSIZE
work group size, default is maximum returned by opencl
-v, --vectors         use vectors

This thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/unofficial-high-mhashbest-settings-gpu-comparision-thread-65971 has a lot of good info too.

I noticed that it shows the hardware but it doesn't seem to show which flag do what, or am I using the right word I am thinking that "flags" are the things like -f -I things like that or am I wrong?

See in "notes"

Typically, for an ATI 5xxx series card try -v -w128 and for newer cards -v -w256.
Works fine for me Cheesy

Why not just tell us what hardware, os and miner you are using. Save the hastle.

The link that shadow383 posted has lots of info. If you can't figure it out then just play with them like I did. Expect your pc to crash a few times if you do play with them.
