Removed from the list:

Freebitcoinz.tk ( "Insufficient funds" ); perpetually empty.

CoinLearn.org ( not paying out ); over a month with no payout despite people being well over the stated payout amount for most of that time.

Here is news.I just got my 2nd payment today from FreeBitcoinwin.com .It was 0.0146BTC

I got my 2nd payment today, too.  Cheesy 0.01370654 BTC. Tongue
Here is the tx https://blockchain.info/tx/d82f5a8b912dbc6851d28b647c799c18513b28beb9070c4828b01b23d68b4aa1

I on the other hand didn't get a payout and yet had my balance cleared.  This has happened more than once.
I have received only one payout to the address I use there and have had my balance zeroed out at least
three times.  So I won't be adding it to the list.

Thanks for the reports.

Last time this happened with me and I lost huge sum.My 0.05BTC was erased without no payment.I was lucky this time though.
Surely they are paying selective members to keep themselves alive!

My site has paid out over $15,000 USD of Bitcoin to 30,000 members. My site pays daily and has much more than just 'download offers' which you seem to hate.
There are surveys from Peanutlabs, which always pay, as well as Tasks from Crowdflower which are quite good as well.

The Matomy offers do have download offers though, and they are voluntary. And they DO contain virus's. You are getting PAID to download VIRUS'S KNOWINGLY. I highly advise against it (even on the offer page itself I have a warning), and have zero affiliation with the offers.

I can also confirm this service pays out. Really good support, too.

Thanks, I appreciate that. I do the support myself.

I also don't like sites and surveys etc. that ask for email addresses and other personal information... but the standard policy with non-free 'earn' Bitcoin sites is if it gets enough positive feedback from the community I will add it to the list.

Thanks for the submission.

The email is only for account recovery purposes, there is zero verification. You can use a fake or random email. There is also no mandatory need to put your real name (unless doing surveys, always use real information on them, however surveys are not mandatory). I say this as the site owner.
We allow you to earn by simply visiting websites and giving no information. The fact that we allow extra ways to earn is what turns you off?

It is simply that this is a list of 'free' bitcoin sites not 'earn' bitcoin sites. But it is also a list for and by the community and if a site is found to be useful by the community and gets positive reviews it will be added to the list.

The site is about equal to CoinAd, bitPTC, Bitvisitor etc that can be found on the list. I've almost never had any problems with Bit to click (the only time I had their awesome support compensated it greatly). I know just my opinion might not be enough, but I still recommend adding it to the list.

Do you have to pay upfront before listing with coinad? Has anyone used http://bitcointrades.com?

Anyone else not getting bitchest.me pay out? I have enough to be paid out but the counter  went to 0 3 times but nothing changed. Anyone experiencing this too?

I can confirm a payout from Bit Chest:
https://blockchain.info/tx/6cbf983c9868b50eb95ded8d7d53a18a994ac44c3c82de2fa2d115a66e6bba23

When one reaches the payout amount the balance will be reset to 0 but a link to the payout tx will appear under the area which says, "Last payment".

Do you not see that 'last payment' link showing up?
Did you input the address you use to blockchain.info to see if a payment has been made?
Their payments are labelled.

I haven't been using it much but I am close to a payout so I will see what happens for me.

Thanks for the report.

Coinlearn also hasn't paid out in close to a month.

There are a few sites that may need to be purged from the list.

Thoughts and Ideas faucet has no balance to cover the cash out. (http://faucet.thoughtsandideas.info/)

It says that it has the balance:

Code:
Server Balance: 64,614 satoshis

but attempt to cash out fails with

Code:
The site does not have enough coins to pay out! No balance deducted.

Edit: forgot to say, I cashed out a couple of days ago without a hitch. A friend of mine was not so lucky today.

I tried to cash out there some weeks ago, but I never got the payment even though my balance was set to 0.

Bunnyrun and coinreaper are no longer dust sites. From http://boklund.nu/bunnyrun/balance.php?bitcoinAddress=: "Payouts are processes daily when the balance reaches 0.056mbtc". But I'm not sure if they're paying out- I' reached that limit weeks ago and still no payment.

Thanks for the report and let us know if a payment comes through.

My balance got reset to 0 and no payment was ever sent. So the faucet is either buggy or scammy.

My faucet dailyfreebits.com has paid over 0.5BTC to its members instantly and you frequently remove it from your list!

Daily Free Bits has not been removed.

/edit: And what is this 'frequently' business about?  The position of sites in the list do change from time to time. When a site goes down or stops paying out for a while it will get a * beside its entry and be moved to the bottom of the list and if it comes back in line it stays near the bottom, until other iffy sites might get placed underneath it and push up higher again. It takes a while for some sites to get verified and added to the list and by the same token it takes a while of being down or not paying out before a non-working site is finally removed.
