its mean we lost all our payouts which have already in faucets good work by HotSwap admin good luck
If you had a significant balance there you could perhaps try a PM to HotSwap to see if you can get a payout.

Hotswap.co now requires to submit coinbase email addresses, so non-us citizens will likely lose all your balances.

One doesn't need to be an American to have an account there and to be able to receive and withdraw BTC... unless things have changed since I signed up with them.
But I am sure there will be many who will be reluctant to submit their coinbase email address no matter where they live.

These will be removed from the list if they remain in this state.
both are working again.
second one has a new address tho:

It seems that they dont clear you balance put send only 0.001. The rest stays for the next payment.
