1. It's more like coinbox than inputs.io or coinbase, it's just for storing faucet payouts until you hit the payout amount. You can't deposit bitcoin.
2. It's run by the same people who run Land of Bitcoin (at least I'm pretty sure it is... can someone back me up on that?)
I think there's nothing to worry about here.

Thanks for the submission. I will check it out.
Can we be sure that the operator of microwallet won't just run off with the BTC people deposit there like has happened with inputs.io, and similar sites, before this?

Well they didn't payout and the message that said a payout was pending has disappeared and my balance is still 0.

FreeBTC.pw doesn't seem to be working right either, asks for a wallet address and password for registration but nothing happens afterwards when you sign in. Unless it's just me.

When one gets over the minimum payout level and you try to "cash out all" from the HotSwap faucet you are met with this message:
"An error has occured - This transaction requires a 0.0002 fee to be accepted by the bitcoin network. Do you want to add it? (This fee does not go to Coinbase.)"
But there is no option to include that fee...
If one uses a coinbase address, which I am, there was not supposed to be any fee...

Is server balance of mmoclub ZERO satoshis？
It appears so. These faucets really shouldn't allow one to withdraw when there is not enough available but one should always check that balance oneself.

I cashed out my balance twice from http://mmoclub.com but the error message of "An error had occurred" was always shown and my balance has been pending for several days....

But does it give out free Bitcoin?
There is a difference between paying people to join a site, where they might be able to "earn" small amounts of BTC for jumping through various hoops,
and giving away BTC with no strings attached.
The usual process will apply. If there is enough positive feedback from the community and it becomes popular it will be added to the
"popular 'earn' Bitcoins" category.
