Go with localbitcoins if you are near a local seller they do online transactions to which is a really good way and pretty secure. other than that I don't know where you are located but coinbase & btc-e are pretty good exchanges.

Might wanna checkout localbitcoins for sellers in your area. Probably going to pay a premium above current exchange rates but great for piece of mind knowing who your dealing with, etc.

I haven't seen any offers in a while but you may have luck finding someone who will be interested in selling to you on this site but you should expect a fee. Are you near a major city? I would just go through Local Bitcoins (localbitcoins.com), as for such an amount, I would not want to deal with any verification processes, or delays wiring money. I prefer cash/in-person deals to get my money into BTC.

For 0.94 BTc you don't want to be bothered with verification. Just use local bitcoins. Rates are ok, you pay via bank transfer and it's all secured and done in an hour.

If you are from Europe, then bistamp using SEPA transfer should be the easiest.

If you are from Philippines I recommend you to exchange your money to coins.ph
You just need to deposit the money to their bank account. The process of sending BTC to your account is fast.
In my experience it only takes 10-20 minutes for them to transfer my BTC after I deposit the money.
