Nice topic. I see people here mostly trade on Poloniex and Bitfinex so that will be my next step. I was in yobit signature campaign and I made few trades there and earn some small amount of satoshis. But there is missing few coins like HTML, 020, gold coin as I noticed there is maybe more.

I like trade altcoin, and so many choices exchanger fairly safe, like bittrex, poloniex and cryptsy Smiley
Yeah Its safe even bitcoin too But I don't like Altcoin. I was use to trade Bitcoins in localbitcoins.com There we can sell and buy with updated price rate and It is more sensitive to use. But its good when compare to other Bitcoin trading community.

Hey guys,

currently i'm handling a bit more than 1000$ of btc on cex.io and i would like to know if you'd recommend me other marketplace where i could trade? I don't like to put my assets in one place.

I don't do risky trade, i don't care if there is a correct amount of fee because i don't look for numerous scalpel trades, i want a place safe secured where i know i'll be able to withdraw my benefits without problem ^^
I strongly recommend you to try yobit exchange. They also give free coins daily and have good referral program.Personally I find It more user friendly

When I started I've used ShapeShift a lot. I still do sometimes and their support is very good. For small transactions and quick conversions it's great. Lately I've been using Poloniex as advised here in the forum. I don't really like having money on a exchange though but there are plenty of advantages compared to ShapeShift.

if you trade bitcoin and litecoin only i would recommend you BTC-E and bitfinex both are trusted and biggest exchange company. but if you plan to trade alt coins i would recommend you poloniex and bittrex both are safe and good service so far also there a lot of coins you may want to trade over 20 popular coins.

Hello :-)

I am trading on Poloniex.

You could also try bittrex as well, as they seem to be respected, whatever exchange you use make sure to test it out before committing large amounts of bitcoin.  It is quite hard to make a living from trading and you really need to spend the time increasing your knowledge and know the risks involved.

Cheers

Personally I trade on our local exchange named coins.ph and its really nice trading with it but if I were to recommend you, you should check out bitfinex or bitstamp, they probably the top exchange sites right now. And if you're also interested trading with other cryptos, you can try yobit or poloniex

BTC-e for me. I've traded for a short time on Coinedup and Cryptsy during the crapcoin-frenzy in the final months of 2013, but the speed (or better said: lack of speed) of those sites nearly made me eat concrete. BTC-e has been around since 2011 and is fairly stable, but ofcourse you've got the 'usual' risks that every crypto exchange has.

In addition to BTC-e, I've now also created an account on Bittrex. I've send a very small amount of BTC over there to trade with various altcoins (some of them I can't even pronounce) in an attempt to gain BTC, but things haven't yet worked out the way I want.

I'm trade on bittrex and poloniex. But now i just do it on bittrex, because some past month, poloniex raise the witdraw fee Grin
trade fees or withdrawal fees also what sites charge the lower fees
I think poloniex has been decreased their withdrawal fee over months ago, but I haven't been trade for long time in poloniex..

I am using Bitstamp for quite long time and I am happy there. In same cases I have used local exchange which I trust as they do not keep Bitcoins.
