Putin is back!!
Putin met his Kyrgyz counterpart Almazbek Atambayev on Monday in his first public meeting open to the press since March 5.
Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov mocked all the rumors about his boss’s alleged disappearance.
Life would be boring without rumors, Vladimir Putin said after appearing on public in St Petersburg on Monday.

There are a lot of treaties on information exchange. So there is no sense to ban it because it's actually an international project and russian security services also have a share in such systems.

"Putler" is what some Ukrainian activists have taken to calling Putin, which is a mash-up of "Putin" and "Hitler."
I like that someone actually thought they had to explain that "Putler" has a mash up of Putin and Hitler.
But did you know that Poutine (as some here write his family name) means "a dish of French fries topped with cheese curds and gravy" in French, while what they actually mean is correctly written as Putain?
I first heard of Poutine as a dish from Canadian hockey players. I can't say it sounds too appealing.

I actually think this is a very clever move by putin, I mean, if he's not round to answer america's bullshit, the world will be a safer place..
T'would be an even better thing if they demanded no more 'english' language.. that would screw the yank's, if they simply refused to acknowledge it..
An even smarter move would be to copyright the russian language.. haha
Edit: Even smarter than that, would be to do a few nuclear test's their side of the border, radiating the entire western border, haha

From Russia, with love child! The New York Post piece title (Vlad the Impaler) hits it on the nail best of all. If true, this child would be the third that Putin allegedly has beside his two adult daughters born in wedlock. A strongman, for sure!
