Did you change bitcoin.ico? That's the icon file.

Yes, I've changed those, but when I run make on my Ubuntu 18.04 LTS it successfully finishes but with bitcoin's icon:


So you only replace the icon with .png at the end? Have you tried to check this folder bitcoin/src/qt/res/src/
and then look for this bitcoin.svg

Try to replace that thing.

All of the assets used in the binaries can be found in src/qt/res

I've changed the pngs/icos on share\pixmaps and their xmps. I then built Bitcoin Core and it had Bitcoin's icon, so I guess the executable's (bitcoin-qt.exe) and generally the program's logo isn't inside that directory. Do you know where I can find it?
