I usually find my bounties from Bitcointalk marketplace bounties also there are several website like bountyhive, bounty0x and bountyplatform there you can find bounties but do your own research before joining any bounty.

Now there are too many projects that don't share with too much information for selecting them, or projects with ideas that isn't innovatives. It is hard to choose a good bounty. I think the only solution for this is to participate at popular bounty managers

Discover them on the platforms of the bounty managers. I would like to recommend you the g0blin bounties
I personally use 2 pages. First one is bitcointalk - most of bounty campaigns are launched there, but there are also big amount of scam bounties.
Second one is bounty0x - This platform is probably the best site at the moment (it's still in alpha, but still well working). They also have their security system, that have to guarantee you at least some compensation even if bounty is scam (pretty cool thing, but they use this system just fot shady bounties, so it is not 100% guarantee).

I think you should analyze the best bounties on your own. First of all, there are many scammers who will give you the wrong information. Secondly, different people look at the different aspects of the bounty campaign

Honestly Twitter is a great place to find giveaways and links to bounties. You do have to be a bit careful because there are also a lot of scams out there though.
