When you say invest in Bitcoins do you mean just buying them and keeping them or is there a way to buy shares in them?

Cheesy There's no such thing as shares of bitcoin, and anyone selling "shares in bitcoin" is a scammer.  Wink

Buy them and hold them.

Invest your money to buy mining devices and start mining new coins.

Mining is always dangerous because you have no idea:
- if it will be deliver some day,
- if you will get more than what you invest.

Invest your money to buy mining devices and start mining new coins.

That adds even more risk and headache. Stick to buying BTC if you're new to this.

Bitcoin is safer than alt
Keep them

Very true, however, you will most likely get bored of holding BTC and end up blowing it on something, then crying when the value jumps.

So before you go wasting your BTC, look into some of the alt coins, like LTC and XPM. Once you know how Bitcoin works, diversify your crypto currency portfolio.

I'm new in this community. I don't have any coins yet. If I had a bitcoin I would buy some new coins.

Investment on bitcoin is safe but you may not get quick money from this investment. If you invest on new currencies you may get more profit but you have to take risk.

That is a pretty flexible definition of safe )
Safer that other crypto-currencies is probably a better way of putting it.

Investment on crypto currency is high risky. I think you keep your investment in US$.
