there is no way someone or provider to pay interest 0.43% daily expect scammer will borow and gone  , only way to get there if you trading daily, mining these day wont makes 8months ROI, so skip,
staking same things only 15% yearly. and trading isnt passive income,  . maybe mining when bullrun would makes sense

but try to put your money in legit operating site like staking because with that good amount there will be offering to earn for at least 3-6 months of staking .

daily $30 honestly is really too much even if you invested $7k, after all it means $900 in a month which is a whooping more than 10% monthly generate returns which honestly unrealistic with investments.

You are just going to get people shilling their bags, if you are looking for passive income altcoins shouldn't be your thing. Too much downside risk, I'd start with bitcoin and just let that ride forget about the daily income.  Knowing bitcoin has little to no long term downside risk it's an easy play.

I have heard how lucrative pepper farming can be but unfortunately nobody is into it here, I don't know maybe our land is not fertile enough for its practice or our people don't just like it. I will really appreciate if you can recommend a particular specie of pepper and suitable soil for it farming. I will like to give it a try. Snail farming? Lol it natural appearance irritate me, I don't think I will be able to eat if I seeing them often, they're naturally disgusting seriously. OP, there is a saying that says "do not carry all your eggs in one basket" this parable is still applicable to investment which is of utmost importance.
Looking at your available or spare cash, you can split it up into two use part for Crypto investment and the other for other business depending on the percentage at which the investment funds was split into.
