Lending is not a good idea to invest Bitcoin and majority of the investment sites are probably hype/ ponzi schemes. If you are looking to make money from BTC, I would suggest trading. Obviously there are risk involved in trading but, you have control over your money. Stick to top coins if you don't want to take much risk and don't fall for dump and pump groups.

I'm looking for places to invest BTC. Are there any decent options other than casinos?

It's possible to lend BTC at Bitfinex and Poloniex, but interest rates are ridiculously low. What else is there that isn't an evident scam (like ponzi schemes)?
Just think bitcoin as a curreny now you can find lot of ideas how to invest your money wisely but sadly lot of places not accepting bitcoin as direct payment option so you can start trading with it for fiat and then use your money somewhere or just do crypto trading or as you said invest on the casino bankrolls or just create some crypto related site like trading platform.

There's no such safe lendings if there's no third party involved to keep the transactions checked. Trading is one way to invest your bitcoin and you'll get scammed or ponzi scheme setup unless you trade on a reputable and legit site. It depends on you OP if you decide to tradebor lending.

Overally there is 3 option: mining, trading, lending.
Currently first one is dead, second one for me is still gambling. So let's think about third one. Here profit absolutely depends on your choises, whom to lend and how much. If you want some statistics, see thread of zazarb, he has great and easy list of how much has he landed, which was paid and etc. Consider that sometimes trustworthy people turn into liars too.
Sometimes lending will also ends in huge losses and nowadays having collateral is problem since DT members tagging them as account sellers so making enough reputation to lend money without any collateral is not a small matter now so nothing is easy.

Collaterals are not always forum account so what is the connection with being account sellers? Lending could bring lots of profit if you make good decisions on whom to lend, usually it is 10% profit in just a week time

hmm well these are the popular bitcoin investments , and as people here suggested you can consider lending here in the forums but I really doubt there is still room for this since there are many trusted members who already doing it

if you have access to fiat bookies then you can try investing in horse racing tipsters , the reason I focus on horse racing is because good tipsters have really crazy ROI
I haven't found any successful tipster that has ROI below 10% so there are crazy returns
it's not bitcoin investment but with some popular ewallets you can keep withdrawing profits from fiat to bitcoin

The horse trading investment thing sounds cool. Can you recommend a link?  How easily can one open account with them?

As regards to OP question, cryptocurrency trading could earn him reasonable amount of money per month. I believe  with the required knowledge, experience and dedication he can double his investment every month with trading.

Trading remains one of the most profitable in this current market. You need lots of learning and experience to be good at it.

It can be very rewarding and risky as well. Exchange (especially the centralized ones) could be hacked and you lose your coin. The safest thing to do it just better trade what you can afford lose

Not exactly a bitcoin investment, but you can always invest in coins that offer POS rewards.
Whether it's actually profitable to so so is a bit of a gamble, as you don't know whether the fiat price of those coins will rise or drop after a year.

You can check out possible ROI on these websites:
https://www.poslist.org/
https://stakingrewards.com/

Whatever you do, stay away from Bitcoin investments that offer you high ROI.
Cloudmining is usually just a cover for ponzi's and if they are real, the chance of getting a profit is very very small.

I used several masternode coins to compensate during this bear market. Some coins like ABS or VIVID have a really good ROI so I have made quite a bit of profit on them.

I don´t think lending to those websites is worth the risk of losing your bitcoin. When you lose access to your private keys, you lost control over your coins and you may lose them.

The higher the rates you find out there, the higher the risk and the chances of getting scammed. THere is no easy money =/

I agree here, lending might seem like a good idea at first(And it is well developed and with the right people who is hard to find) but then you realize the amount of scams make it a lot less appealing. Since you are giving out your money based on trust only.

That is not only truth for the crypto world but you see it more often here. Today contracts that you enforce are a necessity with most people, if you find someone really trustable to do business with stick to that person really tight.

I personally like freebitco.in, since they offer you 4% profits a year and you get the fixed daily percentage at random times per day. Also the website on my signature space gives you a percent of the deposits your referrals make if you want to do that.

I think other than casino gambling investment we can do a lot of things for our investment but what is my opinion is the profitable amount is very low when compared to job this will be my opinion forgetting up with gambling always.

You can start trading by your own on the sites you were mentioned but for me investing on the casino's bankroll is more secired and also will give promised stable income than any other crypto investments.

That's true, there's no real easy money but if you investigate deeper and you are aiming only for passive income lending to that particular sites can bring some 2.5% interest /month, not sure if I remember it right, you only need to make sure to fully understand the risk and make sure to protect your private keys making it sure that you will keep the access to your accounts.

It's better to have small gains than taking bigger risk to have a much decent profits, keep searching and assess deeper before investing your money.

Lending on the sites you mentioned are already a good idea to earn some profits  .yes they are low because they are hundred percent legit .

others that promise high return are purely bs and scam  so dont ever try them  , except  if the site is running for a verry long time and they are popular or reputable enough  .

Investing on gambling site like bitvest is also a good idea if ever you got bored of playing the actual gambling game  .

Yeah truly correct their are nothing can get easy money inveting of any kind of investment schemes can't avoid risk because of possible to become scamms it's better to get low interest than to become a victim of scam.

Lending may not bring much return to you as compared to casino as you rightly mentioned above. The rate of interest in lending section of those exchange you mentioned are seriously ridiculous and I will advise if you are making good return from activities in casino why looking somewhere else for good return.

Poloniex is the most secure place I know and bitbond. However there are many of them been advertise online and one has to becarefull not to invest into scam projects or scam ponzi scheme.

The most obvious answer is not the simplest because it would be in the infrastructure of Bitcoin.    Some people are saying to setup lightning network nodes while the price is down like this, the idea being it would earn revenue later ?      Theres probably a few things like that but its obviously a risk to invest not just a simple return like OP might be looking for.    It probably counts as a bank roll by Freebitco gives 4% return I think

so.. hru?
To be honest, casino bankrolls are probably the best places to invest. Like others said, lending is out of the idea, because low rates.
I think a guy named SyGambler on the forum pays a tipper and he does really well with his bitcoin, otherwise he just invest his bankroll on 10x leverage on YoloDice, ( from what I can remember. )

I think learning how to trade will be good for you, if you don't really want to invest into a casino's bankroll but trading is fairly hard even harder in the bear market.
You can also just look into some other coins like @pixie85 said, and just invest into them when they are on "discount".
What I like to do is find news or info about the coin or see if there is anything coming up ( If it's positive then I'll just buy it, if it's FUD then I won't buy it. )
