You must be having ETH on some website there you get an option to sell your ETH if not enabled the option of selling than you can transfer your ETH to some other website like ether wallet or block chain or any other website.

I think you want to sell for fiat, i do not know where are you from so you can find a local exchanger for eth that takes eth and gives you cash, in my country there are many local exchangers the one i trade with charges 1% comission only.

Coinbase seems not a good choice because lots people complained it's EXPENSIVE and not unstable. any other good choice? thank you.
i dont sell ethereum and no need to look for any, all i need to do with my ETHEREUM is to have it on my MEW then convert it to bitcoin, you just need to swap there and enter your bitcoin address and then send the prefer amount of eth to the address that will be available there and then you have your eth sold and got your bitcoin after 10 confirmation. simple and easy!

Trade it against the traders and not directly on exchanges wallet like Coinbase.

The best place is using trading platforms. There are lots of popular trading platforms and almost most of them have an open market for ETH trades. Instead that I will suggest all trading platforms, try to research the platform wherein you are comfortable with the fees or you think that you can easily browse on their interfaces. On a side note, try also to research if they have good customer support as these days, that is one of the main problem of almost most trading sites even how reputable they are. And one important thing, take note of minimum ETH deposits as not all trading sites will allow you to deposit ETH in any amount you want. For example, Poloniex needs .5 ETH as minimum for them to be reflected in your account.

Coinbase is crap, do not use it, just go to cex.io and sell them all in there. or just try the new site that is similiar to localbitcoins but it works with ethereum; localethereum.
It is good, i tried it a few days ago.

There's a lot of exchanges that you can play on to sell Ethereum coins.
It just depends on whether or not you want fiat for it.

Bittrex is what I use.

Depends what you want to sell it for really, if you mean for fiat then localbitcoins might be the one for you as was suggested to me previously. If you want other crypto then there are a number of exchanges.
