You can sell your BTC in many exchanges but it depends on you whether you want to receive fiat or crypto. Because some exchanges are decentralized but they only support crypto to crypto selling options. So choose the exchange where its terms and conditions fulfill your requirements with some profit.

Any other simple, reputable exchanges where I could get some popular stable coins (except for coinbase, binance and bitmex)?

I am using poloniex quite some time now and I do not experience any problem so far.  Though I mostly trade monero and ETH and not bitcoins.

Hey guys, I'd like to start practising the sales of crypto. Was going to use Binance, but because of the hack, I can't deposit there yet.
Bought a bit @5350 and would like to sell 10% of it @7000 so I tried BitMex. Was way too confusing and messy... Any other simple, reputable exchanges where I could get some popular stable coins (except for coinbase, binance and bitmex)?

Thanks a lot!

For the sale of bitcoins now there are a lot of cryptocurrency exchanges and exchangers. But I would recommend selling all the same on the exchanges, because there the course is more profitable. Look here for a list of the most popular Bitcoin trading sites in 2019 https://cryptonyka.com/birzha-kriptovalyut/. I think you can easily choose for yourself the most suitable.

Maybe you should ask the question differently, you should ask yourself is where you can't sell your Bitcoins in? Because most international or popular exchanges and wallets out their only cater cash outs via bank deposits to countries such as United States and some European countries and if you aren't living in one of them your best bet of cashing out is moving your BTC or coins to a local exchange or a local wallet provider in your country since they offer a wide variety of cash outs only available for your country, I'll choose to sell my coins on a local exchange since conversion rates in local wallets are always in favor for the wallet not you. And if you aren't patient on your sell order being matched in the exchange then transactions are faster in localbitcoin as you directly transact to a buyer.

That's some food for thought, thanks. Currently I'm traveling, but when I'm back in Europe, I will try to use localbitcoins and possibly any local exchanges (if there are any).

We're now at $8k, hope you already sold your bitcoin << if ever you still have plans to sell >>.

I ended up selling 10% @ 7264 and another 10% @8k. Going to try to read more about trading strategies and how to get the best ROI.

Thank you everyone, it's immense help from everyone here, could have not expected so much! Hope to give it back to the community when I become more experienced within this space. Much love <3

Don't forget to pay huge attention to fee for deposit, trading, withdrawal (some exchanges have them unexpectedly high) .
Yeah that is an important factor so as not to lose your little profits to fees, and also read the exchange terms and conditions because some of them require you go through kyc which may not be favorable for you since you want to make quick trade.

Thank for the tips! I tried OKEx as suggested by couple of people and it's quite high in the rankings and the fees seem to be quite low.

Binance Deposits and Withdrawals should be back tomorrow at some point

Thanks for the heads up ^_^ I saw that it just relaunched.

Kucoin is also a good exchange IMO
Bought a bit @5350 and would like to sell 10% of it @7000

i prefer for you to use kucoin because
I will check kucoin out and compare it to OKEx, thanks! Smiley

I will recommend one of my trusted exchange now and this is CODEX.ONE

Will compare codex.one to OKEx and kucoin, thanks Cheesy wow, happy about all the suggestions Smiley

You can use https://localbitcoins.com also where you can do the deal with some reputed user here.  Be cautious while dealing because few people got  scammed there.

Did Localbitcoins allows people to buy or sell and get stable coins in return? As far as I know you can use fiat with them but there's no option for stable coin.
I saw some traders were giving ethereum and litecoin in return on LBC so it allows altcoins exchange as well but depends on the traders,so if there is someone want to exchange a stable coin then we can do it on LBC but there is no need to complicate things just use CEX and convert BTC into USDT is better and simple.

Have you consider bittrex? huobi? Though it would be better to read some articles and reviews of these sites so you will know its pros and cons. Thus, you should take note the withdrawal option if they require submission of kyc before you be able to withdraw.

That is hard to come by nowadays.
I mean there is still a lot of them. Gemini, Bitstamp, Bitfinex. You have plenty to pick from but it all depends what you like.
For some easier is one for others another, you must verify this yourself. If its reputable also.

Binance Deposits and Withdrawals should be back tomorrow at some point (see https://www.binance.com/en/blog/334367288279687168/Binance-Security-Incident-Update-3), although I would give it some extra contingency time during the first days or so, in order to read through the security and operational changes they may have undergone, as well as wait to see if things go back to being smooth.
