Anything but Butterfly Labs IMO. Their secret business practice is selling expensive paper weights.

Don't use hashfast. They're just another US based scam company using fairy tale delivery dates to sucker people into dramatically overpaying.

Jesus what's wrong with the people, till you get some miner the difficulty will be 10 billions ant btc price 100$, you deserve to be cheat by this so call companies
You can also check out www.hashrateproducts.com if you're after USB miners (though it doesn't sound like you are) or www.technobit.eu - though some people have had less than positive experiences with Technobit.

The only real option for quick delivery is BitmainTech and they may be temporarily sold out. Most everything else is either a scam or a 3 or 4 month wait for preorder delivery (if ever).

erase Butterfly L(ies)abs and cointerra, they are both crap that don't deliver what they promise. If you buy from either of them you deserve what you get (which is screwed)
+1 They both fail in quality and they deliver late.
I actually like KNCMiner very much. I got 2 of their miners. And one Neptune when it is released. They are a very good company, they are offering 1 year few hosting, if they don't deliver on time.
Don't bother with Avalon clones, they are trash. I have being mining for sometime. If you think GPU mining is noisy, Avalon clones are so noisy, my neighbors actually called the police to complaint because of the noise.
