Well, you can use bitcoin literally anywhere now, because there are a lot of companies that sell gift cards for bitcoins sometimes even at a discount. Such as gyft or localbitcoins if you like to trade P2P.

I use bitcoin to buy stuff off amazon @ purse.io as well.

I used my bitcoin to pay some bills and buy some prepaid load to make my life easier because all i need is computer or mobile phone and internet and then i can pay my bills without going outside of my house.

Yeah if I need money in case of any emergency then I convert it to my local currency and rest I put on hold as I don't want to spend it on anything at a moment.

I have bought some food with Bitcoin but where I am from you cannot pay your bills with Bitcoins or buy medicine with Bitcoins. I think that that is good thing because it will help me save my coins.

I used my bitcoins for secondary way of getting money by earning in some sites that gives free bitcoins or any kind of cryptocurrency that can be converted into bitcoin and I withdraw them via Western Union or any money transfer available.

All I know is that I know nothing.

unfortunately there are not enough places that i can use bitcoin as a payment so there has always been a lot of restrictions for me to spend my coins.

so far i have purchases games from steam and have only used bitcoin for gambling and nothing special so far.

i hope this changes in the future. and other places like steam start accepting bitcoin so i can spend them.
