Let me share something.

1. I am only a Jr. Member and I do participate in the signature campaigns.
2. I am not a good writer but I write average quality articles.
3. I have > 5000 connections on facebook and linkedin.
4. I have >4000 reddit karma
5. I have only 280 twitter followers

If I were to participate in a bounty campaign using all my resources, I can potentially earn $3-4k worth of tokens (ICO price) for a 12-14 weeks campaign.  This is only one campaign.  Where else I can participate in other campaigns, except for the signature campaign and increase my earnings.

look for some of the best bounty managers and look into their profile bounty what they hold. if interested, just select the campaign that you can do the job yourself. social media is the easiest task and can take many bounties at once

All awards are on this forum. You need to learn how to choose promising campaigns with a small number of participants and a large amount of reward.

The only and best thing i can suggest is to know much better the bounty manager before participating in to a bounty campaign.  There are great mangers that you may be able to know in this forum, just try to search and know them if you have time,  then you can decide which bounty is good or not.

Always look at the bounty budget. If it is small, then it makes no sense to participate in such a company. You can also check ICO ratings to know where to participate best

in my opinion first I check the bounty manager, they team, read whitepaper, roadmap, and rating of ICO if they have a good reputation you can take it.
or you can get more bounty in this bitcointalk forum and from web bountyplatform, bountyhive, etc

The way I usually do is follow some good bounty managers on this forum such as yahoo ... or you can manually check and evaluate some ICO project information. You can also search for good bounty on bountyhive.io, bounty0x ...

In order for you to find a good bounty program you have to check the following before you join their ICOs
- Whitepaper = you have to check and read their whitepaper if it has written good.
- Website = you also need to check their website to know what is their project all about.
- Roadmap = you need to check their roadmap to know if the status of their ICO is match with what is written in their roadmap.
- Team = you should check their team member to know if the member of the ICO is a newbie and to know if they have done any work before.
- Amount - you check the amount of the of the coin they have allocated for the project.
- Spreadsheet - to know if they have a few or many member who join their ICO.
- ICO Rating = to know if the project has a good review.

The things that I listed is the factor that I used to know if their ICO is good or not.
