I hope we have recovered at least 1000$ price and that there are decentralized exchanges and that it is more spread

It will surely still be alive and kicking.
Exist already more than 5 years.
About the price, a good 500 is possible i think (and i hope).
you think we'll only be at 500 in 2 years? dont you think you're being a little bit to negative here?
500 is probably less than a few months away.
1 year will stabalize us at around 2000
2 years easy 3500 or so.
PRICE is not the important thing tho , adoption is : )
He's suffering from negative delusion due the latest price downtrend and has lost the ability to think long term.

I think the most important thing it will focus upon, must be adoption.
As more and more good news start coming in, we will surely be up >$800 at least in the mentioned time.

We may hit 300$ before the end of the week and we should trade at much higher rates before the north atmosphere summer comes around.
Firstly I do not thing that adoption will rise bitcoin price that much. Secondly you think that with the end of winter price will rise... I like that idea, but it may be completely wrong, as I see charts are just dropping just now...

Charts mean nothing to me.  If we could all read charts all day long, and the end of the day you are guessing what is going to happen, just like anyone else.  Especially with Bitcoin being young and the number of adopters are constantly changing, it is near impossible to predict.

Charts mean something if you have the same amount of customers who order the same things every year.  Or even if you have for the last 10 years a 2% growth in Customers every year, you can speculate on that, it is still nothing but a guess though.

With all the good news about Bitcoin, I am sure they're up to something good in 2 years.

Andreas thinks so too..

How about you? What do you think?

Maybe bitcoin would slightly edges credit and debit card in the first world countries.

No maybe about it my friend Bitcoin is superior to credit and debit cards in every country worldwide, how much would that cost to send a wire transfer across the planet from Africa? Then how much to send a bitcoin payment.

Somehow development does need to be made to reduce the amount of time it takes for a transaction, this is a must and i hope they can do it because this is what is holding it back imho

Bitcoin is not built on debt which is my main reason i am here for as long as it is here.

Price wise I think we're going to reach about $600 again. On the cryptocurrency adoption part I believe we'll be quite successful. We'll have at least two major international companies that will accept bitcoin worldwide - hopefully.

In 2 years we'll all be in a much better place mentally and financially.

Everyone that bought in early/late, whatever...will feel "whole" once again.  Once old money starts dumping their play money into exchanges, into the ETF, into more projects, into more development, into more investments....you get the idea.

It is very hard to tell, hopefully it will be worth tons and I can retire early right?Smiley  It also could go the other route though, we don't know what is going to happen by the end of today even.  Bitcoin might be a joke in a couple years because something new and better came out and it was mass adopted quickly.  It is extremely hard to say what will happen, all you can do is hope!

Hard to tell really, I think mainstream adoption is still a good few years away, whether or not that's within two years is anybody's guess.

Far as I can tell, there's still a way to go before non-tech bitcoin users can securely send/recieve/store btc, wallet providers like Circle have started simplifying the process which is great (apart from the non-US restrictions).

This year's benefit will be % rise in merchant adoption. If there isa significant rise with the merchants, users will follow...

Yup.
There will be a lag effect, but users and bitcoin's price will subsequently increase.

Bitcoin is being used for almost 2 years and I guess even more and still it is being used for most transactions. When I started using bitcoins I felt it may not have any future but still it has sustained in the market and is being recognized by few popular brands.

People wont be using bitcoin, like people don't use Altavista now.

That's just delusional.
"People wont be using TCP/IP" same shit.

People don't even know what TCP/IP is.
And yet everyone uses it.

People will not know how Bitcoin works, yet everyone will use it.

I feel it'll be very hard to predict where Bitcoin will be in 2 years. I would assume that if more adoption comes in and more people start using Bitcoins and bring in all the good news probably bitcoin will be really really popular and widely used.
