of course it will continue to grow, as long as people are interested in bitcoins, the price will keep on growing at a rapid pace and the community will get bigger and bigger, i believe that bitcoin has a bright future

Currently, it has not been accepted as a legal currency anywhere which is why many users don't adopt it thinking it's not legal while others dont use it as they feel it's a waste of time to invest in a currency whose value can decrease any time. This can affect its growth.
A lot of it can be thought of as whether or not people want to invest, for the same reason you described.I think a lot of it also comes down to people asking what it can do for them. Currently they have no advantage when it comes down to using Bitcoin vs fiat money, and thus they choose not to use it because it adds another step for them, nothing more.

The answer is a big YES, that's what it has been doing, growing and growing ever since the beginning, not number wise but quality and functionality wise, the developers have always improved it and wouldn't see why would they stop now so the process is a continuous one.
