I believe it's NEO and ETH, i previously root for LTC but suddenly find rising ICO's under NEO platform really promising. I believe it will be a hard bearing to take the NEO on flight. For ETH i'm a real fan of its since day one so i believe it's given that it will be leading the race. But for NEO if you observe all of them are in blood bath bat NEO reall hold it's green status very well.

DRAGONCHAIN is a nice coin I have heard. Disney is backing it and some other big media companies
I chose NEO and Stellar just because these two altcoins are currently the most potential on the list you gave. NEO considered as a Chinese Ethereum, behind it is a vast system and large trading platform supported - Binance. Stellar is a model that allows you to exchange money from one currency to another, a revolution in the future. So investing in these 2 coins is perfectly reasonable.
This is a New Year's miracle, in the last days of 2017 its capitalization has grown so much that the alctoin has shifted from the second line of the Etherium, which was used there.
I'm still bullish on XRP. With all the partnerships and pilot programs in the run, I think XRP will do very well in 2018.
I picked Airswap and not really surprised that the votes it has was very low, this project should have thesame or close valuation with Kyber, both are offering thesame service but using different solutions
I voted only for NEO. Because I am %100 sure with it. Current neo situation in market shows great potential following same old routes. All others are risky bets. I feel like there will be better newer coins..
The list is not complete without Deeponion, though the price has tanked badly but there is so much in the pipeline that can push it to new ATH

Waves has gained the majority polling among the listed altcoins. This being a separate platform has gained good potential to grow with respective trading services. It is the one that gets in comparison with the top valued altcoin in the market ethereum, but reaching ethereum is simply an impossible thing.
Why no Wanchain? You have no idea how much this altcoin can reach.
Why make a list of only 10 or so altcoins and then ask which altcoin will gain the most value this year? There are over 1000 altcoins, and none of the ones in the list will be the one to increase the most. I'd say it will be a project that is launching this year but is as of yet not widely known about. Something like BMC or TNT. Real game-changing platform tech.
I have to be honest, I haven't heard of several coins on your list. But personally, I still love Stellar's potential for the next year. I think they could possibly be a better version of Ripple. And also people seem to love NEO. They have great potential as well.
so far hard to give an prediction which altcoin gain in this 2018 almost 20% of all coin as of yesterday are dip down into the coinmarketcap, but according to the speculation of cryptos enthusiasm 2018 is altcioins year, but nobody can predict what month exactly pump up into the market the price of altcoins.

With optimism i choose neo, neo is a coin that is fully supported by the Chinese government, according to the news from my friend Flypanda, neo growth in china is the biggest for now. Certainly, its position will approach ethereum or leave ethereum.
i believe stratis and waves might see 10x also Arkblock might be one of the hottest coins in 2018
