I used to watch Naruto everyday... until I was 18 years or so.... Back then it was real fun.  Grin Then lost my taste for it. Hasn't watched any anime for more than a decade now.

the new ones are good. nartuo shippduen.

i just read the manga and it gets crazier!

Didn't know naruto has been around that long.

Yeah its been around for awhile, just people caught on after shippuden came out.

And those nartuo games.

It came out back 2005?

Currently rewatching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. This is the sixth or seventh time. Still love it.

the original was good, as for the most recent season I didn't like it at much or at least the beginning and didn't watch it
Dawhut? Fullmetal Alchemist was shit. The plot was illogical and I hated that they didn't stick to the manga. Which is why I like Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood a lot more.

The two I've liked the most so far have been Death Note and Code Geass  but some other good ones include Yuyu Hakusho, Dragon Ball, Samurai Champloo, Spice and Wolf, Eden of the East, Sekirei, Welcome to the N.H.K., Trigun and a bunch of different movies from Studio Ghibli.

I watch or try to watch everything in the season but it gets pretty hard so the three episodes rule can come in useful
Although sometimes if I have time I tend to watch more than that to get a feel for it
Example Tiger and Bunny was a really good series but three episodes in was pretty boring took 6 to 7 episodes to really start picking up

Bleach -
Naruto -
Full metal Alchemist -
Heart of Sword (Himura Kenshin) -
Flame of Recca -
All of the animes almost have the same reason as to why I choose them except Full Metal Alchemist is a bit different. The other four are mainly characters with own unique powers that they create or achieve. And almost all of them have the same motive and that is showing courage to fight for justice, with purpose, and also there's some educational theme or information we can get from these animes in life, love and fight, which sometimes happen in our daily life. Full Metal Alchemist is a bit unique in its own way but the core reason is the same, fight for justice and purpose.

Some great ones already mentioned so I'll offer my own:

Midori Days (a guy wanting a GF really badly ends up with his right hand turned into a girl who's been obsessed with him from afar, quite funny)
Stein's;Gate (unique kind of time travel story involving a microwave, texting & green jell-o, more to it but also weird)
Bakemonogatari (a guy helping out cute girls he meets with hidden supernatural problems)
Gurren Lagann (While drilling the main character Simon discovers a mecha with special ability to combine with other mechas)
Red Garden (four girls become chosen to do battle with men who turn into wild doglike creatures at night, different animation style than usually seen)
Code:Geass (like Full metal panic but more complex story & characters), Noticed this was already mentioned above.
Monster (Slow & kind of like Fugitive with Harrison Ford)
Last Exile (Steampunk airships following brother & sister delivery pilots who are a lil too upbeat for all the death & destruction happening around them)

Anime Movies:
Howl's Moving Castle (Surprised nobody mentioned this classic!)
Summerwars (Guy visits his girlfriends extended family when the internet gets taken over and it becomes up to them to fix)
The Girl who leapt through time (pretty self explanatory)

Live Action South Korean Drama's: (for the times you get sick of anime but still want to read subs on everything)
City Hunter (Best one, lots of action & story. Child trained in the art of revenge/humiliation to rectify a top rank cover up years before claiming the life of his fathers platoon)
Dr Jinn (Modern Doctor sent back to Feudal Age from a tiny baby found in a trauma patients brain)
Rooftop Prince (Feudal Age Prince & bodyguards sent to present day)
Personal Taste (Lee Min-Ho pretends to be gay to copy an old-styled house to win a building contract, while engaged to another female & befriends the female owner, the daughter of the man who designed the house for his late wife, funnier than it sounds Tongue)
Secret Garden (Accidental male/female body switching, she does stunt-work he's a claustrophobic rich boy)
Big (50% chance you either like or hate this one)
