I must say that kucoin is one of the best exchanges, but from recently I`m active on crex24 too. Crex24 is great, so easy and fast that I was surprised in first days. Now I have some amount there and I trade with couple coins there, not daily, I set up some buy/sell order and I just wait patiently.
I will give advantage to kucoin cause I`m there for a long time, I like their promotions and security, but who ever wish to trade more seriously should be active on more exchanges.

As for me the best trading platform is Monfex. I've been trading there for half an year with 20X leverage and can state that it's reliable and safe platform which is suitable for both newbie and professional traders.

Binance, Bittrex, Kucoin and my local exchanger Indodax.. So far, I have only used these four exchanges to buy and sell Bitcoin. this fourth bitcoin trading platform is very reliable, safe and user-friendly, you just have to go through the KYC process to be able to trade comfortably  Grin
Almost exchange have same system. Maybe what make it different it is have big volume and a lot of coins listed on there or not. All exchanges that you mentioned already fulfilled easy and reliable exchange like what OP ask.
They don't have the same system, you can trade at Binance and Kucoin without KYC verification but you cannot do that with Bittrex as they are fully KYC compliant for every client. In terms of volume, Binance is the biggest, Kucoin and Bittrex are just small exchanges.
I mean about system is how we trade coins in there. I mean almost all exchanges will have same system, maybe sometime we see exchange that we must move balance from main wallet to trade wallet, and when withdraw, we must take it back to main wallet.

I agree with the fact that today Binance is the leader among all cryptocurrency exchanges.  Nevertheless, it is worth paying attention also to bittrex and HitBTC, which have been showing very good results for several years already, and their rating is equivalent to the trust of users.

Binance is a leader, and its own token seems to become one of the top-rated cryptos ratings soon.

The main cool thing is that the exchange supports a huge number of pairs. As I remember, there are over 400 of them. You can also evaluate Bittrex, but to trade here, verification is needed. This verification includes a selfie photo with your ID, which is not convenient for many users. Here, you can withdraw funds (in USD) to your card.

which bitcoin trading platform is easy and reliable
Hello. What kind of platform that you prefer. There are many types of exchanges like crypto-crypto, fiat-crypto or OTC. If you only want to trade BTC, you can consult the exchanges with the largest trading volume of BTC today like Binance, Coinbase or Bitfinex.

Perhaps the opportunity to compensate losses to injured users is a huge advantage of the trading platform, thanks to which they attract a sufficiently large number of users.  I was very alerted to the theft by hackers of a large amount of Bitcoin from Binance and therefore I stopped using this exchange.  But I did not even know about the fund for indemnification.  Now it radically changes my opinion.

For me, the most optimal in terms of trading is the exchange Binance,as it has sufficient liquidity, a lot of crypto-currency pairs and a convenient mobile application where you can put yourself a notification about reaching certain prices

Also it is safe and secure and binance is more aware about the security of their users fund, they take fast step to handle anything which may mislead of a service.

Yes, Binance has "SAFU funds" which they keep to handle any unforeseen hacking incident and recover people money from that fund and therefore the customers funds is always safe. This is a unique feature of binance and therefore many people like to trade on binance.

which bitcoin trading platform is easy and reliable
Being easy and reliable? I would say you should go for Binance then, if that's your main concern. Binance has a lot of features and that's what makes it the top cryptocurrency exchange there is. The number one thing about it is that it has diverse cryptocurrencies, making it the main choice for most cryptocurrency traders. Just like I said, if both being easy and reliable is what you're looking for, Binance has easy accessibility as well and their transactions are fast. Another good exchange is Coinbase, but some people don't like Coinbase because of the regulations. I wouldn't mind that, I just look for what works for me.

Buy, sell and store real cryptocurrencies
I guess you meant exchanges. It all depends on the individual. Some like centralised exchange while others prefer decentralised exchange with different advantages. For this, I prefer binnacle which is the biggest exchange and the most liquid and it worked well for me. You can also give it a trial or try other Exchanges.

Well, I see people suggesting such exchanges as Poloniex, HitBTC, Bittrex, and so on. As far as I know, they are not easy for perception and trading itself, especially for beginners. But if they are okay about them, it’s alright. We all are different and have different skills and preferences, and that’s okay. Still, I think we should give recommendations not only based on our preferences but based on experience and some kind of standards too.
For example, Coinbase and CEX (https://cex.io/) are newbie-oriented exchanges. They are easy to navigate and belong to the number of the oldest and trusted websites. As for Binance, that's also a good start for beginners, but it offers only crypto-to-crypto trading. So, it's also necessary to consider such factors as payment methods, country restrictions, etc., not just following criteria “easy and reliable”.

If what you mean by trading platform is crypto exchanger then, I advise you to use Binance and Bittrex exchanger, because in my opinion the two exchangers are the best exchanger at the moment
