I can't recommend any unique bsc project to invest right now they have all the same and common usecase like, launchpad, charting, staking, farming, AMMs, I cant find any interesting projects this days honestly.
As, all we know that Binance smart chain projects are more trending these days. I am interested to invest in these BSC , which one is best for 2021?
You said that you are interested in investing in BSC, and then the best for 2021. Of course those who are interested in BSC then that's where you invest, because you will be more serious about learning to understand the trend of the coin, so you will find the best time to buy and sell it.

In my opinion the best project that used Binance Smart Chain is Trustwallet (TWT) because their product is downloaded and use by amillion crypto users around the world. Because the product is not only personal wallet but also they have others products like Staking and Swap token platform. This personal wallet supported alot of different chain so its easy to store any different coin at one platform.
Yes, that's true, in general Trustwallet (TWT) is a very complete project and is able to support multiple different chains in one application, and that sort of thing actually exists in Metamask applications which are also capable of supporting multiple chains on one application, only Metamask does not have other features like Trustwallet (TWT). 
I'm holding onto Cake SFP, and in my opinion it's one of the best BSC projects so far. I like the concept of passive income, income from cake, and for sfp I can start a real business from the airdrop , until now I still hold sfp I hope sfp has a new ATH

Tons of different BSC projects out there which I think have potential. Obviously, as many have already mentioned, Pancakeswap has lots of potential. One project I personally like is Next Moon, but I also think 1inch, Venus and SafePal could do well this year.

You can get some decent ROI but newer exchanges with fewer users offer much bigger returns right now because they want to attract new users to their platform. Biswap is only a few weeks old and has quickly become one of the top 3 dapps on BSC according to DappRadar. I don't fully trust them because they are new but they have so much total value locked that I don't think they would exit scam at this point when they have the potential to be the next Uniswap or Pancakeswap.
I agree pancakeswap is the best for the very popular BSC project. its emergence to be a big competitor for Uniswap.but you can also look at some new platforms that you may not have mentioned such as ApeSwap and Rushmoon. it's still too new, but it doesn't hurt us to see how the development of a new project might get a bigger adoption.

Those projects that have a high interest return. But those are also risky even if they are decentralized.
Although some of them were proven to be good like pancakeswap and other swaps that has their own token and you can stake it on their platforms and gain tremendous interest set by them.
It's a passive income but make sure that you won't have any troubles keeping your tokens on those platforms.

there are so many BSC projects that have great potential such as cake, bake, apeswap, juld and pet projects in the future have a strong mission to increase and make prices continue to rise where the current altcoin price continues to fall but until now the project is still running with well when the market gets worse, the worst possibility is that many scam projects will continue to appear, therefore you have to be smart in choosing projects like the ones above that have been proven to last for a long time because they have quality and strong investors.

There are quite a few that have caught my eyes recently but still haven't invested huge amounts because of the current situation of the market. But out of the list, my top choices are pancakeswap amd apeswap, since you can earn with their various options available. I suggest you join their telegram and see for yourself. I think the most successful project of the year is pancake on bsc. As NFT, I have great expectations from the bscs project, even I think it can perform better than bake and it has many features, not just a project focused on the nft market.
Today the bsc network is very vulnerable to hacker attacks lately 7-8 projects have been robbed for a couple of tens of millions of dollars because before investing, you must take the possible risks of losing money.
Are you sure that the fault is on BSC itself or the those projects have bad team who don't know what they are doing? We have audit platforms that can even make projects security get stronger too and I don't see many new projects using them, I don't believe that BSC is at fault here Are you talking about swap exploits here? I don't think it is BSC's fault. I believe that the system implemented on that swap is the main problem. Just like what happens on PancakeBunny and Autoshark where they had been exploited through flash loan attacks. It isn't a hack but rather an exploit that makes the contract produce a large amount of token when a huge amount of money is injected into the farms and pool.
So far I can only see Pancake swap being one of the successful projects on BSC.
Flash loan attack are way to common on binance smart chain, you must be very careful not to fall into project that will ruin you financially! Many projects that had a good platform and lots of prospect like bogged, pankcake bunny, Spartan, Burgerswap etc have all become victim of flash loan attack.
All we know is that Binance smart chain projects are more trending these days, and then BNB will also grow very well.

Yes I agree with you. Currently the safest and most comfortable bnb to use. Feeny is also cheap and the transaction process is fast. I'm sure bnb will be more advanced for the next few years. For me BNB is the best for the BSC chain
