My personal taste is a medium roast coffee. I have been drinking it black recently, and it is honestly the best thing to acquire a taste for. It's so much easier to order a back coffee than to have to say how many sugars and creamer you want to add. It didn't take too much to acquire the taste for it. I don't enjoy a dark roast though black. As for brand anything goes for me.

I only know about once coffee, which is instant coffee, and in my opinion that is the best you can get instantly.

I drink Green Coffee because the review of human studies did show that green coffee extract may have the potential to help with weight loss.

Oh I didn't know that, I need to try this one. Usually I just buy a coffee brand that is in sale, I don't pay much attention to a survival type or company when buying coffee. This is probably due to the lack of coffee culture in my country. We have many people who just buy instant coffee and milk. Not really delicious.

Coffee is very harmful because it's addictive, so I only drink tea

Is it really addictive? I drank alot of coffee as teenager... it made me energetic back then, no addiction (am not sure though).
I don't know why I don't get thesame feeling today. It makes sleepy, yawn alot, with alot headaches. Few times it makes me feel alittle good and energic. I will probably try it again in an empty stomach and healthy body.

I feel great without these things though. I just fast, drink lots of warm water with little lemon-like/lime-like juice plus lots fruits/veg/healthy foods.
Maybe you've overcome that addiction without noticing it. Are you a veterinarian?

Cappuccino or Espresso for me.

Actually coffee is bad for our health. Tongue

Take any coffee with rich caffeine content to feel refresh in the morning but don't take any coffee after lunch it will affect your sleeping time.
Coffee isn't bad to our health as long as your drinking it with proper moderation. Drinking too much is what makes it bad.

Im a coffee lover and drinking 3 times a day but after I was diagnosed with thyroid problem my doctor advise me not to take coffee anymore because it can trigger more complications.
does the doctor really said that?stopping you from taking coffee totally?thats bad because i think drinking coffee sometime is Ok.
So now, I am more on herbal drinks like turmeric tea because its way better and suits better for me with anti inflammation benefits.
i love turmeric tea, that is what i am taking everyday, even in office i don't take coffee instead i take Turmeric at coffee break.
One other thing to note about turmeric is that it technically absorbs better in a hydro-soluble supplement form.

I do not agree with you that coffee is bad for health. Coffee can reduce your chance of cancer. And for what i have heard in some article (truth or lie) 1 cup of coffee adds 1day in your life. I'm saying this because i love coffee very much. Tongue

Really? I haven't any trouble for that. I drink coffee twice a day. Morning and at evening. Sometimes (peraps once per week), after lunch, i  drink coffee, and it doesn't affect my night sleep.

What i can't do is, drinking coffee while sleeping.

Coffee, a naturally grown bean, tried and then ground. Water is headed until boiling and when in gas state passed though the ground bean.
This results in staining natural water with a distinct flavor.  Some like it pure others change it and add unhealthy stuff sugar, milk.....
The beans are drown away. Instant coffee only tastes somewhat like coffee.
Lots of different methods to make it exist, but now-one digest the coffee beans.
