There are so many coins, but choosing a coin like Solano is wise nowadays. Solano's excellent scalability makes it a reliable and future-proof platform. For long term, i think you should choose trx. TRX is one of the top coins in crypto and every top coins price is always go up follow Bitcoin.
yes, it's not that I don't believe it but at the moment I see TRX is difficult to reach its highest price again and may take a long time. I like coins that have a supply amount like Trx, because there is a possibility that the price will go up like other altcoins (Doge).
but now i choose a new altcoin, with a low market cap, so i can invest before the price increases 1000%, like the list of 2000 altcoins on cmc. DYOR

These three coins are pretty awesome to invest in, trx looks really strong and I feel it might pump to $0.16 again that's if bitcoin gets back to $64k again, I think instead of these three why not pick from either ada, matic or near, these coins are really hot right now and there's a chance for them to do an 10x in long term, my personal favourite is near and for the past few days it has pumped over 100%+,i'm still expecting more pumps since the recent ATH is $7,there's a possibility that near can do like solana, I would advice you keep an eye on it. Obviously, the huge supply altcoins have a lower chance to reach the peak prices and $1 per TRX doesn't look like a real price. The exchange altcoins especially Binance coin have a nice potential but investors will liquidate their positions in case of ungrateful events such as hack or scam happen. Eth and Btc are still mostly preferred top coins for investment. At present the market is seen pumping a lot of coins. As such ADA has been pumping a lot above 2.44 Dollar The price of each coin.There are also many different coins that are very good. However, if you want to invest, I would say that you will invest by buying coins of numbers 1 to 5 on the position. Because there are a lot of rickshaws here There is much less. If it is dumped, the nurse will recover if it is pumped again later.
The top altcoins are safer to invest but investing in small parts to the low marketcap altcoins will have a better consequences than going all in top ones. The dumb money will flow towards the smart money, better to swim with the whales and learn to read the charts for following smart money.

Bitcoin + ethereum are the only ones which are worth investing in for the long term. All other altcoins are scams or are not bringing new features to the space and will not succeed based on lack of merit. Remember that Ethereum reacts to the price and news of Bitcoin but it does have some technical differences which make it a worthwhile investment if you prefer to invest in it instead of Bitcoin.
It is that simple and yet people are still always trying to find something wrong with those coins so they avoid investing in them and instead pick a coin outside of the top 200 that according to them it is going to make them a fortune, unfortunately we all know how that ends up right? After a few years bitcoin and ethereum skyrocket again and the coin that was outside the top 200 is now outside the top 1000 and any money invested in it as been lost with no chance of ever recovering it back. 
If you want to invest then the three coins are very good for us to hold, especially the TRX coin which is currently in the best trend and the achievement of $ 1 will be obtained soon, but for SXP at this time there is no big sign that the coin will reach a new ATH but the coin also has the potential so we do not hesitate to invest in it, Although the price increase is not so fast but the coin is much in the interest of investors, so of all the coins worth maintaining.

I chooses TRX, there is every possibility to get $1 along the line and they are blockchain o their own lot projects has been build and configured under their network so investing on it is not a bad decision.

I guess TRX can pump up to x10 just like ADA but only time will tell when TRX will achieve that price. So invest TRX, it is one of the potential altcoin in the market, just hold it for long because it is good for long term investment. ZIL and SXP I don't know much info about these two coins but ADA is also good investment so I recommend to invest TRX and ADA.
TRX will be the best, with cheap price and low fee of transaction, i believe he will goes up, following Bitcoin and Ethereum price that increase. As what i do, hoard little by little in TRX as my year-end investment as price per now is around 0.09$. Maybe ill stop buying in the price range 0.1$-0.12$ and just wait at the end of the year TRX will reach the highest price, i hope it will be 0.15$ and and take profit around that price.
actually it depends on your goals, long term or short term and If you have faith and perseverance, I believe any currency can meet your expectations. including the TRX are still good products and they really deserve it.

Trx might not be a bad hold though however, Ada is quite okay as well. Another I would also recommend is $CWS, Seascape Network token. Quite good coins for keeps...
TRX is not a bad choice, near the end of April 2021 the price of TRX has reached the range of $ 0.12 and so far TRX is still holding at a stable price of $ 0.09. Coins like this seem like they could surprise or even hit a new ATH like they did in early January 2018. I personally also own a few TRXs and still hold them.
ADA and AXIE.

of course because the TRX coin has the potential to be hunted by investors to invest in the last few months, and that's actually all the choices are in our own hands, so we have our own principles and beliefs in choosing the right coin
It's your money that you are staking, better to do your job investigating and researching which coins are really fit for your investment,
No doubts with TRX and those other assets but it still up to the person to pick which project to participate,
make sure to have good knowledge and lots of patience while holding those coins that you choose.
Not easy but profitable if you managed to wait and maximized all the profits from your investment.
