You cannot trust any coin with your investment.
All the investments are risky so just try to be a little clever do your own search find which coins will go up in future watch the market watch the graph you will know which is the good coin for short time investment.

DOGE was a really good short term investment, got 50% already just today. Seems like it will even hit 100% even tomorrow if anyone buys more today. I think it will end up at least 100 sats before it goes down.
I don't see DOGE as a good short time investment. This is a just a pump we are seeing, soon it will again start to decline.
Before doing short time investments I would recommend everyone to do their own research by reading blogs, news sites, this forum. If you follow really the market than you can find some interesting short time investments, but it will always risky.

If it is 1-3 months, you should choose cheap coins such as dgb, sc, sys, ripple or cannabis coin like can, pot these coins when the price is quite strong can is 10 times the current value.
DGB can be really good for short term investment. You can make quick buy and sell orders with DGB when it's volatile enough.
I can also say ripple if you have bulk capital, you can make serial trades to make profit.

If you buy bitcoins on monday, by friday night, your investment is sure to increase. Apart from that, I havent see a consistent coin rising in a short time like BTC.

If the short-term investment I suggest neo, neo price fluctuations and relatively short time, it is suitable for short-term investments. At the same time, neo as a long-term investment is also possible, the coin can be equal Ethereum.
What's your define of 'short time investment'? How short we are talking about here cause I see for 24h is short but some like for 1-2h, some prefer longer.

You can ahve a look at them by browsing different exchange sites such as Kraken ,BitFinex ,Coinmama etc and look out for the best ICO which is getting the maximum support and investors for a short period of time . Do look out for when the ICO is ending , as that sometimes might also lead to dumping of the coin . Don't ever go for a coin with its ICO ending very soon . To get a lot of profit in a short time, then you should know which cryptocurrency is going to experience sudden price increases. To know that, you should be able to predict and do research. I did not know that myself, and I never did research. Bitcoin had experienced a sudden increase in prices a few months ago. Therefore you can avail profits in no time. But actually, it all depends on your intentions and your target. If you intend to double profit, you can invest into Bitcoin and wait for several months. I think there are a lot of coin with a short term potential out there. You just need to wait for the right moment, like after a fork or something. Good chance to make some fast money.
You should look at the development chart of all the coins there so you can deduce which coin is worth the investment. If you ask for advice, the advice I give is bitcoin because now it's getting better, and the second is ETH, that's just my advice, think correctly before investing.

There's one good strategy that I know of where many traders use if they are looking for a coin to invest with just short amount of time. And that is to check the top traded coins from a specific exchange and choose from that list (most of the time, it lists the top 10 coins which are most traded in the past 24 hours). You can invest in those coins with short-term investment in mind as these coins are most probably affected by pump and dump schemes. This type of scheme usually stay for a limited amount of time making it a good candidate for short term trades. Just be mindful that this is very risky as you might buy the top and be left out with huge bags bought at much higher price. Trade as safely as you can if you'll gonna use this strategy and always preserve your capital.
