Coins are trending down. But the potential is still ETH. I believe that in the next few months ETH will explode and rise sharply. Followed by NEO. I still hold these two coins and hope for a future for them.
Those centralized scam projects have more chance to be implemented on a large scale than bitcoin to me, because big instutions do not trust truly decentralized ones as they can't be controlled.
Yeah i guess litecoin comes closest ? Low fees and fast transactions make it a very good candidate for widespread adoption.
Ripples, neo and trox are not scam lol. People still using these coins and getting profit. But if you want other coins i think about litecoin, eos and deeponion, waves in later future
Although I do not hold any I would say Ethos has potential to get big for average joe as a gateway into crypto. Same applies to QASH.
Electroneum with his mobile mining simulation application? The most difficult i think is to make people accept payment with crypto coins as their value is too much volatile. The transaction cost is also very volatile and transactions are sometimes very slow or impossible.
To be sincere this is a very difficult question to answer because no one knows the future, and again IMO opinion most of these tokens are useless there is no need to create them but because of the money grabbing people have flood the space. I think Factom has a great potential and also ICON IMO

I don't know why you said that NEO and Ripple is scam project,
But they are expanding extremely well, almost all smart contract from China and Korea (maybe Japan) is using NEO, right now. Even NEO beat ETH in China, and the government support it.
For Ripple, yes it is centralised, but that's what make it so strong, It always be the first choice of almost every bank, if they want to dive in to crypto.
If they manage to deliver their project I think TukTuk Pass might be implemented globally. They wish to offer a globally accepted payment system for public transportation for travellers around the world. For starters they will be building kisoks in 100 tourist attraction cities. It's an ambitious thought but a great idea indeed.
On a large scale it has to be something that the general public use and so I would think it would be something in use as payments. The most obvious one is bitcoin, other projects like Utrust could go very mainstream if they are a success. Anything related to banking has a good chance of being used but I wouldn't say it's on a 'large scale' because it's exclusive to banks.

Tron isn't a scam project? Tron is the better Ethereum. OCN will be implemented on a large scale on a daily basis this month. OCN will be integrated into Obike this month and Grab by the end of Q2 according to Yi on the livestream on Twitter. Just read an article how Obike may be partnering with Grab too. All the better. It will be the first crypto used on a massive scale by everyday people.
Ripple is already used and it comes to every person's mind but there are lots of ones to be implemented on a large scale. I think humaniq, neo and tron can be, tron not scam
