EOS is pretty highly rated mate. Theres some serious governance issues to sort there too.

I think, with the current red market price all altcoin feel low. It is up to us to choose and opinion each to determine the most underrated altcoins. We can not predict that altcoins will not sell. Just stay optimistic. It's better than thinking about altcoin that will not sell.

Personally i think that Universa protocol should be a really good one in the nearest future. I can see a lot of meetings with really important people almost every week. Also their platform is developing. You should have a look at their social channels (medium for i.e.) where their CEO share a full report of the job done every 2 weeks.

In fact now that many coins are dropping down lower and lower and the players who can't stand to suffer and in the end throw everything for a small price,but there are advantages and a lot of them like coins! You can buy at this price which will give a good growth in the future, many coins are underestimated now, but the bulls can go to heaven!!!

To find an underrated coin, you have to look at more than just the price.
Tron is way overpriced even though the cost is a couple cents.
It's overpriced because of the max supply, the development of the project, etc.

If you are looking for a true underrated gem, I suggest: crowdholding (YUP)
Don't bother looking for it on coinmarketcap, it isn't listed there yet because it doesn't have enough trading volume.
You can find it on IDEX though, super cheap now.

But to convince you about this project, just go to their website: crowdholding.com
You can participate in tasks from companies and earn crypto and also join bounties.
It's pretty incredible platform considering how under the radar they are.

I think AMB is one of the most underrated and undervalued coins in all of crypto right now. All signs are pointing that it could soon become THE european/ western supply chain platform that could potentially handle many billions of dollars worth of products. There's very strong rumors and coincidences that point to partnerships with massive companies like Migros ($30 billion), Glaxosmithkline ($40 billion), and Cargill ($100 billion!). Imagine what will have to the current market cap of less than $50 million once these are made official...
