I guess your talking about the Bitcoin value. All we have to do is change the way we think about its price. While Bitcoin is more and more accepted and used as a store of value, the more the price will be. Imagine if 0.00000627 BTC costing U$1,00. You would have that big "numbers", if that is what you call fast economy Cheesy

A lot of people with 1-5 BTC and a way better distribuction of money.

No, it wasn't. Check the blockchain, but obviously Satoshi was one of the first to mine, but he hasn't spent his coins so the argument is irrelevant anyway.

There are some. There's a pub in London that accepts Feathercoin, and some places accept LTC, but yeah, most alt currencies are lagging way behind in merchant adoption.

I don't think I have heard of any cryptocoin other than bitcoin being used for anything other than trading it for bitcoin or real money. I certainly have never seen any shops advertising the fact that they accept payment in litecoin or dogecoin.

It depends on how much you are prepared to lose

No, 0 confirmations. To reverse a 0 confirmation BTC Transaction is still more complicated than a CreditCard-Transaction and success is not guaranteed. Also it's not cost free. To do this for the Value of Groceries of a Coffee is ridiculous.

If the BTC are send with the right fee, it's also nearly impossible they will result in a double spend.

I wouldn't sell a car or a house with 0 confirms (I also wouldn't accept CC for that), but a Beer, Coffee, etc. sure. Basically as a shop owner, everything where I'm willing to accept CC for.
