The AMB is a good long term investment. Solid project, solid names (Bussmann, Drake - advisors), backed by the U.N and is trying to solve a real worldwide problem of counterfeit drugs and food safety.

Any coins with masternodes or proof of staking have the ability to generate passive income. There are also projects which directly offer dividends to holders of the coins.

For a list of masternodes, I've provided a good resource website below.

https://masternodes.pro/

Often these require large holdings of the coin/token and can therefore be expensive to start up. There's a list of how much you can generate on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis also on the website listed. So you can get an idea if it would be worth your time and investment to do this for each of the projects.

Proof of stake is often easier for people getting started and include projects like Neo and ark. If you are already holding any of the coins that do this, it's often as easy as transferring the coins to the wallet and just letting them sit...so really why would you not.

Kucoin is giving nice return if you just hold it on their exchange. Other than that you can try Pivx or any other pos alt thats stable in value.

i think three good cyptos for passive income are
1-TAAS every three months deliver a kind of interest based on the 50% of the investments they are making
2-KUcoin every day give 50 % of the fees they receive for transactions directly in the inverstor wallet
3-COOS every week does more or less the some as nr 2

Almost all POS coins, but especially Minex and Taas is good for passive income.
With Minexbank you can park your Minexcoins daily, weekly or yearly and get stakes.
With Taas you can get dividend as Ethereum every 3 months.

My favourite project right now is Crowdholding. It is a co-creation platform that tries to connect the crowd with the startups. You sign up very easily, you make some comments on the projects you like and get rewarded for your comments. Check it out Smiley https://www.crowdholding.com/project/

There are kinda choice of coins you can pick from

1) POS
2) Revenue Sharing
3) Others

POS are coins that you can actually stake in your wallet.
Revenue sharing are coins that share profit for holding the coins.

I guess passive income might be something that you are looking to hold the coin and generate profit right.
Coss should be something you would want to look at.
It pays Weekly revenue Smiley

Which coins to stack to get good returns? Not talking about a price increase of a coin itself, that's another topic.

actually almost all coins cant do a passive income and they wont stack succesively because all of them are just plain volatile, cryptocurrencies are volatile that means they are always fluctuating and wont become stable or give you an progressive results. though some of the coins are have potential to give you a profit like bitcoin and bitcoin cash.

I think thread author would mean passive income without doing anything, so without running a masternode or a portfolio that staking because there are too many coins to point out and there are already many open threads.

Among the coins you can get an income without doing anything I can tell you:

1) Neo generating Gas
2) Lisk and Ark, Dpos coins where you vote a delegate in a pool and receive every day / week other coins
3) Taas, Iconomi and Coss, coins generating dividends as funds; just keep in your portfolio and get dividends every week, month, quarter

i think it will be bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, dash, monero, waves, neo, kmd, and several coins but i think if you can stick with those top ten from coinmarketcap, i think its enough to make you get passive income. i think there many more coins that will help you to reach passive income but for now i think you need to be patience first because the altcoin price is not going to somewhere higher than before so if you have more money, maybe you can thinking to add more amount in your wallet while the price is cheap.

Seeing some people are pretty sceptical about passive income coins. Its nothing new at all. Its just dividend paying stock. Anyone with GE-stock has a passive income stock.

In the end, a better performance of the stock (i.e. Apple) is worth more. If you constantly cash out dividends to make a living its a different case.

If you want a passive income just try the ethereum, because ethereum is one of the respective altcoins in crytocurrencies world. However, there were some coins that want to stepped up among ethereum but they were still in below.
I agree with you, when Ethereum complete change system to PoS 100%, the price of Ethereum will increasing more now and we can use PoS wallet for earning stake everyday. It really best coin for passive income after have PoS wallet

Tenx (pay) provides a monthly distribution.  Nothing substantial but I don't know of other coins that provide passive income on a regular schedule.

Ethereum isn't good for passive income because their volatile behavior and you may suffered with loss. Although Ethereum is cheap right now, you have to be careful about where to invest your money and not be fooled with other member.
This not only for ETH but all of the coins out there on the market. We do know their volatility and thats really been always part of the risk involve on putting money on cryptoworld. I cant really pinpoint which coins does generates profits for monthly income since there isnt no guaranteed movements anytime on anycoins. I would only advice on bitcoin doing short tradings will somehow give you decent profits but depending on how you do trade. I love the price of bitcoin because it moves too much and even a small percentage movement will already considered that i has really a healthy market between sellers and buyers and we should really make an advantage of it.
