Gambling will be legal if the online gambling or casino pay their taxes in government thats how gambling can be legal.
Casino site owners wouldn't mind doing it.They can bribe a bunch of corrupt government officials to save taxes as well as get permissions.
Yep i agree with you there are so many corrupt goverenment officials in  each countries. But there are some countries gambling is totally banned so there is no need to bribe. If i have a casion site i prefer to pay taxes than to be illegal

The better way to run a gambling site is by paying taxes to the government, even though it is an illegal activity government will support us. But we have to alert people by setting a notice board like " Don't risk your money". It is their wish whether to gamble or not.

Paying taxes to the government you will run a casino "safely", without the feat to have the site closed, be arrest, pay traffic ticket... But the casino owner and operators profit will be lower and probably the investors return would be lower also.

These alerts about "provably fair", "play wisely", "Don'r risk your money" must be placed on every site, being official or not.

For example running an online gamble site

To the best of my knowledge, aside those countries that are mostly denominated by Muslims or ruled by Islamic laws otherwise known as Islamic states, all other countries accepts gambling with conditions the most common being the minimum age requirement and some licences to run which is mostly expensive as to the online game, the most important is to get an hosting site that cares less what you do with your site. That's all.

I think gambling is legal in Cyprus because I have seen some sites that has got cyprus location address. By the way for starting a bitcoin online gambling site,I dont think there will be any problems. Because most of the countries havent accepted bitcoin as a legal currency . In most of the gambling restricted countries, gambling with money is not allowed. Since bitcoin is still not considered legally as money, one can easily gamble with bitcoins and there wont be any problem, in my opinion.
In fact, they're several online gambling with dice or roulette in which you can pay with Bitcoin, but I think that whoever wants to build a site of this type should investigate very well the regulations to avoid problems and that users can fully trust

Here is a nice map showing online gambling legality.

As you can see in Europe, Canada and large parts of Africa, South and Central America gambling is legal.
You can find some more data here:

I can see a lot of red there, according to what I think, because I felt there would be only a few countries where gambling is legal.

Only a few countries will allow gambling as legit, there are many countries still not allowing gambling sites in offline. But people from their countries are still paying online gambling without any problems, maybe in future governments will authorize the license for online gambling.

No country prohibits online gambling unless they received report of fraud such as misappropriation of funds from an investment multiple people to play on gambling sites. If the address of a gambling site is blocked, there are many ways to access the website and this is not the right solution.

Overall offline gambling is legal in many countries that are not so dependent on elements of a particular religion (capitalism and liberal).

indeed in some states allow gambling either real or via online as long as they adhere to the regulations applied in this country, for example by paying taxes to their government, such as in the European countries Canada, Africa and America legalize gambling in the state, but not the least the state prohibiting gambling and gambling in this country I absolutely forbidden either real or online, and if the online gambling over the internet will get a warning positive internet, but I want to know why if gambling via online by using bitcoin no warning about internet positive

Government will not directly supports the gambling because there is high risk involved in it. Suppose if give licence to for setting up gambling means, they need keep some specific rules the in the form of minimum investing and below 18 years are not allowed to gamble. In this way government can restrict some people.

Once if they legalize gambling government will many problems from people because even children will start gambling with bitcoin and as well as fiat currency. Now many countries are telling that alcohol should be taken by the above 18 years age, but still shop keepers are selling to below 18 years people. How can we identify these things happening in market.

I think the country must immediately legalize gambling, in the era of technological advancement and information like this now, of course, makes the rules and the ban on gambling is worth it. better legalize gambling and then state income tax be increased from gambling.
Yes indeed legalize gambling will increase state revenues, and it was great to reach over 10%. But what about the Muslim-majority country? Countries that have a Muslim majority population would have banned gambling because it is against their religion. They do not care about the state income or technological progress because it can be obtained in any other way, because they would maintain their religious traditions. So I think the country has a majority Muslim population or a Muslim country would forever banned the gambling.

The country legalized gambling to my knowledge are: USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Singapore and so on.

In all my searches, I have not seen any country that has fully and boldly came out to say 'hey our country is open for gambling without some conditions' even google might not be of much help as the suggestions given will be where the cost of licences can only be afforded by large corporations. My guess is you should contact admin of reputable sites if anyone can be of help.

Gambling I can say that there should be a legal activity, there are many countries that are in state control. There are a few countries or even more that we can count on our own.

Las Vegas, USA

London, England

Monte Carlo, Monaco

How many countries can I say one of them.
