We have few variants of vaccine namely Sputnik - V, Sinopham , Astrazeneca, CanSino BIO and Sinovac.
Which of these Covid 19 Vaccine is the best with least side effects and more effective protection against covid-19 ?

Israel has shot Pfizer to all citizens and statistics evidences the result is meeting all expectations. I would put this vaccine on the first place. The shit stuff like Sputnik that comes from Russia  I wouldn’t even consider because there’s no true telling what they put in it. A good read on how pfizer-BioNTech vaccine works.

No one knows which vaccine is best for coronavirus no vaccine is working properly The virus infection is increasing even after the second dose. The huge infrastructure development and funding that vaccine companies have been able to build for the corona vaccine will speed up the development of any subsequent virus vaccine. Scientists are working to vaccinate not only covid 19 but also 24 other deadly viruses that could cause a major epidemic from the corona doing it alone will speed up the research work.

Which Covid 19 Vaccine is is the best ?

That's why they have a bunch of different companies experimenting us with their virtually untested injectables. So they can find out which one is best. So far, they are only finding that they are all worse.

Check https://www.openvaers.com/ for the number of vaccine deaths and injuries reported (12,261). The devastating thing about this is that Harvard School of Medicine has been doing a more-than-10-year study that shows that only less than 1% of the injuries ever get reported to VAERS.

As of today, that means that there have been as many as more than 1,226,100 deaths from the vaccines in the USA alone.

Cool

@BADecker in government’s defence the side effects happening from the Vaccines is to be ignored because the pros outweigh the cons, and this was evidently clear when they allowed J&J vaccine to resume again. Also at this stage the best vaccine is Novavax, and I plan to take it after it’s launched.

Moderna vaccine is about as effective and can be stored at lower temperatures, so it might be easier to get depending on where you live. Quick check around me shows that smaller pharmacies tend to have Moderna or J&J, less often Pfizer.

Moderna has completely failed as far as mass production is concerned. They have produced far below their own estimates and have shipped most of the vaccine vials to the United States. Obviously the Moderna vaccine doesn't need deep freezing at -70 degrees Celsius, but they have produced less vials when compared to Pfizer. Even in the US (where Moderna shipped almost all of their doses), Pfizer outnumber Moderna by 40 million doses or so.

Pfizer BioNTech - Upwards of 90 percent effectiveness on the first shot, 95% effectiveness on the second shot. Best vaccine out there right now.

I think there are already more corona vaccines than the above. Unfortunately I don't see any real comparisons between them. What I do know is that we have seen deaths after the AstraZeneca vaccine, so I would put them on the bottom of any list. The Pfizer vaccine seems to have really good results, but you need to it twice. The Johnson and Johnson vaccine only has one injection which makes it the most attractive in my opinion. Only having side effects for one day and being done with it would be the best.

ROFL.. this is a purely politically motivated poll. I am not a big fan of Western pharmaceutical companies, but from the available data it is clear that the vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna have the highest efficacy (>95%). The OP hasn't included them in the poll, probably to favor his pick. On the other hand, the Sinovac vaccine has a single-dose efficiency of just 3%, according to a study performed by Universidad de Chile.

I don't think that world health organization have a calculated list of covid19 vaccines that is highly reactive to the system, now looking at the stuff all around the world no one can testify that this particular vaccine is highly expensive or important than others, really the one we are using in my residence which is the primary health centre is working perfectly because no one has complain about it's reaction towards humans.

Pfizer-BioNTech is probably the best vaccine out there but then it depends upon where you live. Not all vaccines are available in all parts of the world. It depends your government will import which vaccine and you can only use that vaccine. Better not to inject any vaccine and try to improve your anti bodies through fruits and healthy diets.

you are calling the greatest activist against vaccines in the world, this guy @BADecker, stay close to some tranquilizer and glass of water and don't read everything he posts on your thread. he will used all pointless arguments to devalue vaccines

I totally agree with the point of view of @BADecker but this thread is for those who think that vaccine has some weightage to protect against covid-19 and if you need to choose between the vaccines, which one will you prefer ?

If you do not  prefer vaccine at all, then that's is your preference and choice too. No offence with it.

One of the reasons for the scamdemic was to expedite the testing of new technologies without the hassle of doing it with pre-new-normal safety protocols involving animal studies and all that problematic stuff.  I mean the last stab and coronavirus vaccine failed because all the animals died.  Who needs that kind of bullshit slowing things down?

The new fake pandemic method is a lot cheaper also since in the old-normal you had to pay trial participants for their services and insure them in case of damage.  As implemented in the 'new normal' all elements of corp/gov are off the hook and the trail victims eat ALL the losses.  So, the various re-tooled gene therapy techniques in common use as so-called 'vaccines' vary wildly, but can still be put into families (mRNA, DNA, etc.)

There are several technologies that people wanted to try out and which actually did get a blast of funding mid 2019 (interestingly enough) but have been dropped.  These include:

 - Imperial College's 'self amplifying RNA'.  Seems as or more dangerous as the DNA ones (AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Sputnik-V, etc) in a Sorcerers Apprentice sort of way.

 - Various 'VLP' ('Virus-Like Particle') vaccines:  These seem to have the potential to be made in cleaner environments than traditional inactivate virus vaccines which would be a good thing, and they also don't hijack and re-program the ribosomes to create designer proteins which is a great thing.  Hopefully that technology will evolve and make other existing vaccines safer.

 - Australian 'molecular clamp':  The principle is that it 'freezes' proteins in an intermediate form for long enough for the immune system to get a better read on them and thus create a stronger immune response.  It would appear that this very novel technique has the advantages of the VLP techniques and also that it might reduce the need for generalized adjuvants that are obviously associated with the dismal safety profile of most current vaccines.

---

There is no reason to believe that the current 'jabs' of one labeled substance is the same thing in different regions.  Or even from jab to jab.  When the tetanus jab was being used as a covert sterilant targeting the hCG hormone in women in low income countries a few decades ago, something like one in four was a different thing and it came from a specialty lab in Canada.  That's the way these people roll when using 'vaccines' as a cover for different agendas.

It's worth note that 'Sinopharm' (not 'SinoVac') is given out in tiny quantities for higher level government officials in some countries.  When it is sold to Japanese corporate CEO's it is advertised as not being a 'normal vaccine which makes one's arm hurt'.  That's the kind of jab I'm looking for...and I'd pay in Bitcoin Smiley

None of the above. I would choose Pfizer BioNTech all the way since I have seen a lot of great responses about this vaccine. That is though if I were to have the luxury to choose what vaccine I want to be injected in me. But if it is not available, then I'd gladly take whatever is on the table since I am not doing it for myself alone but for my family, friends and loved ones. Not getting vaccinated will only result in having more cases so better not be picky if the vaccines available are capable and reputable enough.

Sputnik-V and Astrazeneca do have a bad reputation right now, so it is definitely not part of the bests. Sputnik-V is even proven to be not safe, so beware.

Probably different depending on circumstances.

J&J is single dose, which could be an advantage.
AZ is easily transportable as it doesn't require extreme refrigeration. Probably a good choice for countries or regions where this could be an issue.
Cost could be a factor for poorer countries; AZ is I think the cheapest.

... but then AFAIK Pfizer and Moderna are the most effective.

Reliability of the manufacturing process would also play a part. If you place an order for 50m with 2 companies, one company gives you 50m and the other company only gives you 20m... then the quantity trumps the minor quality differences.

J&J is a one shot vaccine, effective 80 percent of the time. Good runner up.

Astrazena has some blood clotting issues, maybe, that caused it to be banned in Denmark, so unless you're extra paranoid, it should be fine but maybe not the best choice.

Sputnik do not touch with a 10 foot pole. Skipped clinical trials and you shouldn't trust the Russians for anything.
