Hey traders! I'm curious which apps do you use and why?
Is it safer to trade via pc/mobile/no difference?
Thank you
Few reputed exchanges have their official applications for smartphones but I won't suggest you to trade via mobile which got smaller screen compared to desktop so chances of making mistakes while making an order on the prices are possible so avoid trading on mobile just use them for emergency situations.

basically trading on a cellphone or on a PC is the same, use as needed, trading on a PC has a wide display, trading on a cellphone has a small but practical appearance and is easy to carry anywhere, I trade using a PC and cellphone depending on the situation and conditions.

For trading platform, I use Binance application. I tend to use mobile device specially if it's iPhone because its security is easier to maintain rather than in PC wherein it's too vulnerable from hacking or viruses. On the other hand, it still depends on how you are using your devices. If you don't download any pirated files or whatsoever and you don't open such suspicious link then your privacy could be safer.

I will not rely on using my smart phone or tablet in trading, there are times it will take a while before a page is completely loaded and if that happens, missing an opportunity is likely to happen.
Yeah, apps for exchanges are sometimes a pain in the butt.  However, I do find them useful and do use a couple of them including binance, and I've traded on yobit with my smartphone even tho it doesn't have an app.  I also use changelly's app once in a while, and it's a good one.

You can't beat the ability to trade on the go even if there are problems like the above one mentioned by nydiacaskey01.  Even if you don't do most of your trading on your phone, those apps are good to have just in case you're somewhere stuck without a laptop or pc.

P.S Do research before installing any software. Some might be outdated or infected. Scammers are everywhere. I want to list my own but it might become a repetitive answer so have some time reading those threads as reference.

Whether PC or mobile, make sure you are in a safe environment - secured internet, secured connection, etc.

On tracking the movement and chart history of bitcoin and other altcoins I used tradingview and tabtrader this is the common application that you can use on trading theres also some trading site that offer their application like binance and bybits but again using smartphone on tradingbis risky its better to use computer  or loptop.

Remember that timing is very important in trading. You dont want to miss the train because of your smartphone or tablet is slow.
