Using a VPN, of course, you can log in and register on the gambling site, but this will really become an obstacle to passing KYC, where it is necessary, if your country is on the list of restrictions, I think this is the main obstacle. After all, even in a casino where there is no explicit indication for verification, for example in betfury.io there is a clause in their rules that the casino can request you to pass KYC if there is a need.
I understand but why? If I am from a prohibited country and if I go as an immigrant to another that is not prohibited, if I am playing from the non-prohibited country, and if I give my data, then does that mean that I do not have the right to play? the same happens if I use a VPN from a prohibited country, of course the problem is that if they ask for the address and service in my name, but if I am an immigrant I do not have any address or service in my name.
There are many site didn’t ask kyc for a 1 stage limitation. In my opinion if someone countries have restriction for gambling site then he can use vpn but It would not be right for him to deposit too much money. He has to keep in mind the issue of limitation. Else his account may be blocked or his account money may be frozen.  And may ask kyc to him.

With what I have noticed, you can access most casinos with VPN, I have accessed https://livecasino.io, Stake and many other casinos with VPN and it works

Of course it will work. But here is more important question to be considered: Will casino try to use vpn-connection argument to justify your blacklist if such will happen?
I have a lot of cases when such things occured, casino blocks you for some reason and then trying to refer to their ToS about VPN. And yes, casino see if you're using vpn connection (in most cases, it's easy to see ssh connection or timezone difference and so on)

Most the people like to hide their identity in casino and sports bet.So it was taken serious by the website and they allow such VPN for the gambling. The website only allow the user liked things, they will not allow all the things to the game.Because it will affect the trust of the game. Most of the sportsbet was based on the various countries in the world,it was reason of VPN.
They can hide their identity as well if they will not pass the KYC, VPN is to hide to location, more safety on your side so you will not be traced, however, some gambling sites can also use this to accuse gamblers of cheating, so we have to be very careful in using VPN, and make sure we should not put our eggs in one basket if you know what I mean.

Of course, I am not an expert in the field of VPN. And I can not reliably assert how VPN masks the place, that country from which you really go online. And I suspect that such a masking is currently purely symbolic and specialists can easily calculate everything.
However, the experience of using a VPN shows that many sites do not allow them to enter them via VPN. But also the same, if not much more, on the contrary not only allowed, but even encourage such an entrance. So you never know whether you can go with a VPN or you will not be available.
Everything is solved only by experience.

Dunno if there is a list somewhere but i was wondering if some of the crypto sportbooks are VPN friendly and which sportbooks are those?

In my country unfortunately a lot of the crypto sportbooks are blocked, was wondering if some of them offer solution to it.

Been looking through older posts but cant find a clear answer about it.

I think you are free to use a VPN as long as you are not using it to circumvent through their terms of service. If they offer service to your country, you can use a VPN if your ISP is restricting access to that casino. But better to contact their support team and let them know your issue. If they have KYC, verify your account so you don't face any problem in the future.

Well I did not use a VPN ever but I wonder if the gambling casino will allow users to change their IP address per login.
Yes, they do. Most internet service providers will assign you a new IP address each time you reboot your router or turn off then on your mobile data. Besides, many users log in from different devices and/or locations (different IPs). Casino owners know this and therefore they allow logging in from different IPs.
It only becomes suspicious when the ip range is completely different (different country) or when more than account have the same ip. In such cases, they may ask the user to complete kyc.
Not something new anymore on which it is true that whenever you do reset out your router then your IP changes but its still residing on that similar country which it wont really be that much of an issue

and as you do pointed out that if we do talk on a particular user logs on different ip in terms of different countries involved then it would really be raising up that alert which most platforms
would really be taking out such action.

Although there are platforms which do allow VPN thats why its suggested that you should be reading up their TOS most of the time or when you do tend to deposit on a certain casino.
It doesnt really take much time.

Most of the crypto casinos allows the usage of VPN for security and privacy reasons but this can backfire as well especially a casino offers promotions and context because they are against the multi account so even if you're legitimately using your only account the VPN your are using may cause you the problems so your account will be terminated forever so just go with the dedicated IP for proxy.

And if the casino added your country to the blacklist then you're not allowed to play, if you try to bypass the rule by using proxy called VPN at some point you will get caught and you will lose all your funds left in their wallet.

This is true.

The terms and rules re: the use of VPN on sportsbooks have never been black and white. It has always been gray, which makes it hard for us bettors to really get that certainty on whether or not we'll use VPN when we bet. There are lots of things that could go wrong on our accounts when we use VPN to play on gambling platforms in general. There are those sudden bans due to 'suspicious account activity' and other such things which always ends to an account being suspended. My take: just don't use VPN if it's not necessary. The uncertainties tied to using a VPN does not outweigh its benefits to the user.

This all happens because the users simply use the free and popular VPN but its is very risky when we are using a casino because we deposit our money there and most people don't even give time to read about their ToS and only realize the mistake after their account got suspended or terminated. If I am not wrong some members asked about the usage of VPN allowed in their ANNs when there is no proper explanation is mentioned in their ToS where the representatives replies it is allowed but whenever they think there is something suspicious they can hold all the activities of account and proceed for KYC verification.

Even if the end user employs the use of a paid VPN service, the platform still has ways to know that. Which is why it's best to not use it especially if it's not necessary and just stick to your normal connection. There isn't a lot of advantage using a VPN to gamble anyway, apart from bypassing restrictions on countries that have these sites blocked. Your privacy would also not matter much especially if you haven't submitted any KYC to the platform. I know using VPNs is only to be on the safe side, but in this instance you don't know if using one will benefit your gambling exploits or not.

I don't think it would be wise to gamble with  using VPN. Because there is an issue of money transaction, when you deposit a large amount of money or your transaction seems suspicious to them, they will ask you for KYC.Then  I don't think you have any others choice  to lose money.  Also, some casinos require kyc when win a big jackpot.  I think where you have to gamble by using VPN you should not gamble gamble there. You should gamble there, where no need to use vpn।

Just like I have stated before, there are many disadvantages to using VPN in casinos even if the t&c does not make a strict role against using VPN to access their site. The use of VPN is widely discouraged by many casino users who will have a hard ugly experience with verification.

With what I have noticed, you can access most casinos with VPN, I have accessed https://livecasino.io, Stake and many other casinos with VPN and it works, but if I use it with USA address, it will not be successful in all the gambling sites I have used it, including bet365. This has been what I just noticed, I use service provider IP address frequently for accessing gambling sites and I will not advice you to use VPN either.

It is because USA is tainted. Nobody wants to deal with the US customers. The moment they accept a player from the US, they'll have to deal with the US authorities and the US authorities are a pain in the ass to deal with. Ain't nobody got time for this shit.

Some casinos let people use VPN's but it is because they respect the players' right to stay anonymous. But even if they "act" like they are from the US, that would create lots of problems for the casino.

Well I did not use a VPN ever but I wonder if the gambling casino will allow users to change their IP address per login. So possible there are possible hackers and scammers in that gambling casino that are hiding and waiting for some opportunity to scam or to have a victim.
If I am a gambling casino owner, I will not allow this VPN.
However --you are right if you will use VPN just for the paid ones, not on the free VPN and I saw the reason why we must avoid free VPN
Be it paid or free VPN, VPN is VPN if to comment only on what you post, only just that paid VPN are ads free and safe, but free VPN are not ads free and your data are sold to third party and the ads can contain malware.

I have noticed all gambling sites I access all support VPN, but maybe you are right, they casino can be waiting for mistaken from the user, using just a IP address is better.

If you are the owner of a casino, you will not just follow your own decision, you will follow professionals decisions after they stated the reason to do something or not that find convincing.

I'm not aware that livecasino is offering sportsbook on their site at the current moment? Are they? I was looking for it before but I cannot find it anywhere there.
I just use LiveCasino as an example of gambling sites, but if you want to play on LiveCasino, bets like Blackjack, Baccarat and Roulette and many other games are offered which you can choose from, but they are not supporting sport at the moment.
I believe in the future livecasino will start sportbooking and that will be a big plus to the casino most especially when it comes to number of games since you listen quite a good number of games. But then again let not use vpn to access livecasino even though it is allowed there.
